I am evaluating the software platform for an EDM Record label. So far so good I’m excited to report back my success.

SCAM: Do a free trial and they will not let you cancel. When you click cancel / nothing pops up.

Do not trust this company - You subscribe and they don't let you cancel.

This company is a scam, not even their site works anymore and they keep charging 49 a month. Had to cancel the card

Do not trust this company - You subscribe and they don't let you cancel. I've made the request on the 27th of December and even got a confirmation on the website that my plan was no longer 'active'. Despite this I was charged on both January 24th and February 24th (USD 49.99 each time).

Just dealt with my Credit card company and registered these guys as fraudulent + need to fix up all my subscriptions again because of this.

Don't even bother with these guys...

Si bien aprecio la propuesta de valor de Music Flow, debo expresar mi profunda preocupación por varios aspectos que, en mi opinión, impiden que la plataforma alcance su verdadero potencial.
Interfaz de usuario
La interfaz de usuario es confusa y poco intuitiva. Navegar por las diferentes secciones resulta frustrante y la falta de claridad en la organización de la información dificulta la búsqueda de contenido.
Catálogo musical
El catálogo musical es limitado y carece de diversidad. Se echan en falta artistas y géneros populares, lo que reduce significativamente el atractivo de la plataforma para un público amplio.
Calidad de audio
La calidad de audio deja mucho que desear. En comparación con otras plataformas de streaming, se percibe una falta de nitidez y claridad en el sonido, lo que afecta negativamente la experiencia auditiva.
Funcionalidades
Music Flow carece de funcionalidades básicas que son esenciales en la actualidad. La ausencia de opciones de reproducción sin conexión, letras de canciones y la posibilidad de crear listas de reproducción colaborativas son carencias importantes.
Atención al cliente
La atención al cliente es ineficiente y poco resolutiva. He intentado contactar con el equipo de soporte en varias ocasiones para resolver problemas técnicos y obtener respuestas a mis preguntas, pero la respuesta ha sido lenta y poco útil.
Recomendaciones
* Rediseñar la interfaz de usuario: Priorizar la claridad, la simplicidad y la facilidad de navegación.
* Ampliar el catálogo musical: Incorporar artistas y géneros populares para atraer a un público más amplio.
* Mejorar la calidad de audio: Asegurar una experiencia auditiva de alta calidad para competir con otras plataformas.
* Implementar funcionalidades básicas: Añadir opciones de reproducción sin conexión, letras de canciones y listas de reproducción colaborativas.
* Mejorar la atención al cliente: Ofrecer un servicio de soporte rápido, eficiente y resolutivo.
Espero que tomen en serio estas recomendaciones y trabajen para mejorar Music Flow. Creo que la plataforma tiene potencial, pero es necesario abordar estas áreas de mejora de manera urgente para que pueda competir en el mercado actual.

It allows me to create the instrumentals I need that is authentic and I can use for my songs.

These pricks keep trying to charge me $50 every month. They won't cancel my subscription. I'm going to have to call my bank and block the attempted transactions. What a pain...

I was charged for the "beta" but the site forwards to a non-existent X account. SCAM.

I was honestly really surprised by the outcome of the songs . So far I have no complaints

So far it's working out great I have not done anything substantial yet but it's coming the app is easy to use and understand

SCAM! Ignore all the fake positive reviews. They don’t let you cancel your subscription.

I'm not really a big fan of AI, but the creators and developers of this program did an outstanding job

Its pretty great so far. I have finally found an app for vocals, instrumentals and a combination of the 2. I'm still beginning the test, but as of now, it's the best app for this that I've found.
