Jackie (The customer service agent) refuse to remove me from their solicitation list that I never signed up for. She was not helpful and just kept asking for more personal information. Would advise staying away from this company it seems like it may be a front for information harvesting.

One star because I ordered the women’s size 4 after looking at the chart THEY provide on their page.
Was sent a eu37 which technically is meant to be a size 4 but suddenly because the shoes are ‘unisex’ it means they’re a male size 3. Also, not stated that they are unisex and that means sizes can differ.

They then went on to tell me that unfortunately there isn’t room to label that this is the case, but there is a CLEAR size chart on every page for the shoes you look at.

I ordered a size 4, got a men’s 3 and I refuse to pay shipment costs back to them.

TUK, I will take this further as this is on you, not me. I did my research. If I wanted a size 3 I would have ordered a size 3.

My order TUK55050EU came fine but the shoes were way too small, at least 2 sizes too small. The website doesn’t offer any measurements or instructions. Customer service was not helpful.
Had to send them back and pay extra 25EUR for shipping costs which they don’t cover. Ridiculous.

Although TUK advertises on their website and in their shipping policies that all fees and taxes for delivery to Germany are paid by them, this is NOT true.
After Brexit, ALL shipments from the UK will be checked by German customs. If the value is less than €150, there will be no customs charges, but import VAT will be payable.
After TUK initially reimbursed me the Deutsche Post fee for forwarding the invoice to customs (€15), they never got back to me when I pointed out the 19% VAT I had to pay on top. The information from TUK that they enclose with the parcel (e.g. the UK VAT number) is not sufficient for German customs.
I think it's a shame and not okay that TUK explicitly advertises that there are no additional fees and taxes and yet they must know exactly how German customs operate.
The fact that TUK then no longer responds to my enquiries is simply bad customer service for me.
So ATTENTION: As a German customer, the prices in the webshop are by no means the final prices that you will ultimately have to pay to receive the shoes in Germany!

I bought two pairs of shoes which didn't fit well, so I had to return them and ask for a refund. When I reached the consumer dpt., they asked me to place a new order and post back the parcel I had received. They also warned me they are no able to pay for the return expenses, so all charges were on me. I sent the parcel back (38€), tracked the shipment and I placed a new order. Once it arrived to the UK, it was held at the office (Coventry ParcelForce) awaiting for the customs fee to be paid by the company. As the company told me they hadn't received any letter, it was me who had to get in touch with Royal Mail to clarify the situation. Afterwards, I asked the company to make a phone call to the office helding the parcel up and ask for the fee. They've finally told me today that the customs fee is £75 and that I had to pay for it. You will understand that I am wasting my time and my money. They are not helping me and they are not going to refund me until they get the parcel I sent back (for which they are not refunding my money (almost 200€)). I feel so deceived that I am sending the parcel back to me so as to try to sell them at Wallapop. I've lost my money and my patience.
Just wishing you good luck in case you need a return o a refund. Don't buy anything online at T.U.K. Shoes if you're not absolutely sure which size you need (I am from Barcelona, unfortunately).

It’s horrible! It’s super complicated with UPS! Please, never again! Don’t use UPS, please use DHL for Items which are ordered from Germany!

I never get my parcel!because they „don’t meet me“ - I was at work and couldnt change the Adress to an access point coz the website is the biggest *******.

Tech Problems, store not found or other problems.
UPS will send my parcel back to the UK!
Thanks for nothing.

I will never order an item from TUK, If their shipping it with UPS again…

I've worn T.U.K. shoes for years despite them never having been particularly good quality, because I absolutely love the style, however, two pairs that I have purchased recently have been such poor quality that I will not be purchasing any T.U.K. shoes again.

The first was a pair of Sneaker Creepers; after just a couple of weeks, the soles on both shoes had worn down so much that there were holes in each. The second is a pair of leather Anarchic Creepers; a little over a month of very light wear, the sole has come away down both sides of the left shoe and from the toe on the right shoe.

I really will be sad to not wear T.U.K.s anymore because they are such nice-looking shoes, but they're just not worth the price for the short time they last.

Bought some Viva Creepers from them 3 years ago, take into account that I have hardly worn them- maybe 6-7 times on special occasions n paid £110, I’m disgusted that they’re falling apart. I wrote them n sent pictures so u can clearly see that hardly any wear on the soles. All I get back is take them to a cobbler!!
Stay well clear n don’t buy their overpriced shoddy products!!

Definitely a scam. Ordered shoes months ago and no communication or delivery. Took my money and ran.

Again this is not a legitimate service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Purchased with caution and was a little concerned when the purple pointed/multi-strap creepers arrived. There were minor defects that suggested they were very cheaply made (straps different lengths on left and right shoes, loose threads) First time I wore them I loved them so opted to wear them to a special night out. (Note, this was just the 2nd time I wore them)
Before even leaving the hotel the sole fell off the right shoe and I was left having to wear the only other shoes I had with me (very flat black pumps)
Spoiled night aside, I would expect shoes retailing at not far shy of £100 (£59 in the sale) to last longer than the approximate 7hrs in total they were worn.
Now waiting for a response from customer service but not holding my breath (I expect I'll get a stock reply below suggesting I contact customer service...)

After 3 days of wearing my black and white sneakers started falling to bits.

Ordered my size, they came and were too small. Size up was out of stock. Customer service was entirely unhelpful and I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN THEM.

Sadly it is not possible to give this company a zero star review or I would. I am very suspicious of the 5 star reviews they have received, as other review sites rate TUK very low - and with good cause.

I placed an order on 31st January for a pair of shoes for my partners birthday. 14 days came and went, but I gave them another 2 weeks before chasing them up. So far I have sent 3 email inquiries, the last two requesting (politely) a full refund as my order was still listed as not dispatched (it has now been 7 weeks).

I have been totally ghosted, not even a response to say, "sorry, we screwed up, and we will dispatch as soon as possible"...simply nothing.

The web site looks legit, as does a smattering of positive reviews, but I believe this company to be nothing more than a scam web site. I will NEVER try to buy anything from them in the future, and I advise others to proceed with extreme caution, and make sure you are prepared to kiss your money goodbye.

I did email tuk shoes. After an email exchange with photographs of the shoes. They failed to take responsibility for the poor manufacture or suggest how they could be repaired. Jeepers peepers where did you get those creepers…hopefully not from TUK shoes!

Originally customer services was good when I made a mistake on my initial order. Unfortunately TUK sizing comes up small, so I returned the shoes for the next size up. But instead recieved a refund because they 'cant currently process exchanges', even tho the return form allowed me to request the exchange.
I'd have just ordered the correct pair again, but the price has gone up by £10! Very disappointed in the overall service. Won't be ordering from them again.

So I ordered a size 7 pair of pointed ballet Mary Jane creepers by mistake and had no trouble returning. They were way too big is all. I ordered the next size down, a size 6, they seemed to fit good but then I walked in them for a maximum of 10 minutes and my feet are covered in blisters and sores. On the tops of my feet and the sides of my outer toes. They were SO uncomfortable and unyielding and I’m left in a world of pain from them. Im super disappointed because they’re so cute and seem to be nice quality. That’s the only reason I gave them 2 stars. ;-;

I am a sales manager of a company and Im always telling my staff about "customer service " as I think its something that has nearly non existent these days.
NOT !!!!!!!!! with T.U.K. they have been brilliant in resolving MY error in ordering the wrong size shoes. They replaced my shoes and sent them to me and I live 12,000 miles away in New Zealand so guys you are awesome thank you so much AAA service . Cheers KP (from New Zealand) :)
