Entire month to ship (recd 10/23), no outreach to notify of delay at any point during that month. Received past frost date, so not able to get them in the ground for spring as ground is cold and hard..

The San Juan Island Garden Club purchased 6 different bulb types for a Lasagna Pot Class. Of the over 700 bulbs purchased not one was unacceptable. The time of the pickup of the bulbs was as expected and went very smoothly. All in all a very good experience

I called for order update and spoke to a wonderfully friendly lady who gave me the status immediately with tracking number. Thank you very much, I wish that I could remember her name. She explained it was warm weather prevented from shipping any early. I have ordered several times and always have had great experience and even greater flowers from their bulbs.

What an outstanding company! They sent more bulbs than I ordered. The bulbs are huge and very healthy. The packaging was perfect. Definitely recommend and will be buying all my bulbs from them.

Love the tulips but really wish the shipping didn't take 3 weeks. :(

I order form y’all for my girlfriend b-day and i just got the shipping label. There are to be delivered tomorrow night after she gone home for the day so now there a day late

As a professional garden designer and business owner since 2007 in the State of Georgia, I order hundreds bulbs every season for my clients - and I'm very particular about which tulips I use in my color palettes. This year, I was running way behind schedule and didn't place my order until Oct. 5. Fortunately, Tulips.com had all my favorite tulips in stock (first time ordering here) - but here's what I REALLY appreciated. I called the office, spoke to Marsha, explained that I needed my bulbs before the end of the month so I could sort them for installations - and I'm on the other side of the country. I received a phone call from Marsha today that my bulbs are on their way TODAY. In all my years of ordering bulbs, I've never encountered everything in once place: excellent tulip selection, great pricing, and outstanding customer service. I will be ordering AGAIN. Thank you!

Ordering was a little tedious. Had to search back and forth a few too many times. It will be with it because the quality of the bulbs are great!

Love the photos. And I appreciate the detailed description of each item, however I was not able to find a sort for bloom time which would have assisted my selection. I had to find that information from a different web site. When that happens you risk losing the customer.

I ordered 30 yellow stem tulips for my friends 50th birthday. They were delivered on the chosen delivery date and were beautiful. She absolutely loved them.

Tulips.com will be my go-to bulb provider from now on. I had been buying my bulbs from a well known local provider in Oregon but this year they have proved to be a rather greedy provider. Charging over twice the shipping rate and bulb price of Tulips.com. I had always picked up my bulb order at the farm to save the shipping rate but this year they were charging the same, $40 rate if picked up or not.
Tulips.com is not local but within the region of where I live. their prices are reasonable, and I look forward to enjoying beautiful Spring blooms. They also provide many other bulbs besides tulips which I was pleased to see and ordered.

Have used tulips.com so many times to send flowers and they never disappoint. Always arrive looking fabulous, and everyone I send them to just loves them. Will keep using them.
