This program worked flawlessly - months ago when I first used it. So, last week I paid for a lifetime subscription and tried to use it again. But every time I tried, I got an error message. I wrote customer support after trying everything I could think of. I thought my email was ignored, when it had gone into my SPAM folder. I demanded a refund and thought that was ignored, when the refund had been issued. That notice too, was in my SPAM folder. I still don't know what was causing the errors, but Tunecable's customer support was very responsive and on top of things, contrary to my earlier rant.
