We recently had new Windows and front door fitted and couldn’t be happier with the result. The windows fitters were punctual, friendly and they took great care with the installation and left everything clean and tidy.

The quality of the windows and door is excellent and they have really improved the look of our home. We can already notice better insulation and less outside noise.

Overall an excellent service which we would highly recommend to anyone considering new windows or doors

First class experience from initial contract through to installation

Excellent service. From choosing the windows and doors etc to conclusion of installation everything was great. I was kept informed throughout and everything was explained, with choice options. There was a snag with a custom panel but sorted out quickly, Philip (Lisburn) and David. The install was fast, Mark and his team were very professional and clean. Done in three days - eight windows, three doors and the panel. Looks really good and everything was left clean and tidy, inside and outside. Very impressed!

Had a new front door installed.

Installation date delayed a few days which was not an issue.

Trying to get hold of the plasterer to do a bit of repair work wasn't easy.

Then being told it could be after Christmas for the final bit of trim to be fitted was not appreciated.

The trim was done a few days after I got in touch but no reply to my email or a return telephone call.

Turkington’s installed new windows to our house approximately 2years ago, and today they installed our new porch door/windows. The service we received from Tim, David and the team of installers (William and his colleague today) has been outstanding. Their professionalism from sales to installation has been exceptional. Given the quality of their work/product, I would highly recommend Turkington’s.

We had a super experience with Mark. He was both thorough and comprehensive from start to finish.

All appointments were on time and very helpful staff gave advice where needed. Installation of door and window was excellent. Arrived on time - worked until job finished, very tidy and neat. Follow up was very good.

Made are house a home with their beautiful windows doors and fascias soffits and guttering. Thank you very much to the wonderful team, the lovely Lorraine on reception with her lovely welcome, the fitters Timmy and crazy Richard, Chris the surveyor and the main man, Salesman Mr Colin Jeffers. Excellent service and communication. Very happy with finished work and speedy timescale.

Communications were bad; I had to chase dates and took time of work for install only to chase and be told, by the reception, not sales or install, that parts missing and install cancelled. Then had to chase second time yo see if parts were in and install date. Ended up with installers, who were great, phoning me up and asking to come that day..luckily we were in...same actually happened to daughter several weeks before on her install. One window broke during install and replaced week later. Installers good but let down by simple communications from team in background.

Great experience with Turkington, from quote, to arranging installation and then the install itself. Staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our layout made fitting the patio door quite awkward, but the team were able to get it sorted and left everything spotless when done.

We had a very smooth experience with Turkingtons, from the initial contact to the final install. The price was very competitive and we are very pleased with the quality of the back door and windows. The installation was done on time and was a neat, professional job.

The fitters arrived on time did a good job very little mess which they tidied up after they finished installing new door which looks great, happy with result

I had initially planned to replace only one outside rear door due to storm damage.
When I saw the precision and professionalism of that job I ended up replacing all of our rear outside doors as windows. That included a complete door with double window frame and two other outside doors.
The quality of the products together with the expert fitting made for a terrific job at what I consider to be a reasonable cost with excellent customer service throughout.
Couldn’t be happier with the result and to recommend Turkington as really professional and cost effective supplier.

Very well done job. Fitting was quick and competent. Had all our windows done and are delighted with our beautiful new rosewood double-glazed windows.
