They took 4 days to tell me my $65 order was too valuable and I needed a payment method other than credit card for some reason bc I did not have order history with them. Absurd behavior…

Mariah W is TERRIBLE. Their "replacement program lifetime guarantee is FAKE!! They do not "replace" anything. They take your money and then give you a credit to use on another item, not the one that broke.
This is NOT a replacement, this is a rip-off!!

Sales rep on the phone was not friendly. Was quick to just tell me that all Mini Cooper N14 Piston rings were made by the same dealer. I said, that maybe, but the oil rings can be one piece or three separate pieces. But he didn't care to hear what I wanted. Was like I was bothering him. So I took my business elsewhere. I will never use Turner again.

I was a complete idiot and purchased a charge pipe from Turner motor sports. The charge pipe did not come with o ring seals for each end and now I have boost leaks. Information I received was completely wrong! Now I have to completely tear down and get o rings which is costing me time and money. I guess it’s my fault for not reading more on their parts. VRSF Charge pipes for BMW’s don’t come with O ring seals and the KOZOYUN do. Anyway if I can save someone from losing money and time it will make me feel a little better.

I would give 0 stars if possible believe every review on here! So I ordered a m52/M54 aluminum expansion tank that came DAMAGED TWICE. I requested the first time about bad packaging and they had a manager review for the item and they still didnt wrap it right.. they dont even put cushion between any ends besides the top portion of the box so obviously common sense doesnt exist to whoever works there. What I can't understand from a Shipping clerk myself on how they even get away with this and this is A $362 PART. I need my car to get up and running about 3 weeks ago.. I asked if they could honor it by getting faster via shipping method but NOPE..AND now this delayed my project AGAIN! Never order from them here EVER.

I placed a sample order and was forced to pay via PayPal or wire transfer.

This was my first order, yet I felt treated like a fraud case for a $178 purchase.

Very poor buying experience overall. I would not recommend ordering from them, and I will not be purchasing again.

Ordered a shift knob for my 2008 E90, waited about a month until they responded, said they did not have it, and I would probably never receive one. So we ended up doing a cancellation and the person on the phone assured me it was all settled. Completely forgot about the shift knob and a few months later, a deer totaled my E90, so I do not have the car anymore. (This was four months ago btw.)

About a week ago I get an email saying I got charged and there was now a shift knob being sent to me. I called up the company and they said they denied the cancellation request, which I didn't even know was a thing they could do. (NO EMAIL ABOUT THAT EITHER) So they tell me I can return the item. I get the item today and I go to do a return and it says the item is not eligible for return, so now I have a useless shift knob that won't work on my F10, that I now need to sell online.

Mind you, this whole interaction happened throughout six months. I thought this was all settled, and Turner assured me it was. All I've gotten in each interaction has been lies. I will never use this company again

This is a little overdue but the manager I contacted got back to me and was very consoling and professional in considering by grievance—therefore I changed my experience from 1 star to 3—I can respect a company taking ownership; but hopefully they’ll be progressing towards preventing them from reoccurring.

Never ordering from this company again—they got like 1.5 stars on Trustpilot—that’s saying something—I just learned this after-the-fact.

I’ll tell you why:

I’ve been working with FCP Euro, AutoHausAZ, Bimmerworld, and Pelican for about 15 years for my BMW—not once in all those years with any of them did I ever have one issue that wasn’t resolved immediately and respectfully—especially when the fault was there’s.

This one time I couldn’t find the part I needed —but it popped up in the search engine with Turner Motorsports—so I decided to order a few other things I had in my AutohausAZ shopping cart as well to benefit from their free shipping minimum.
(Long story as short as possible) . . . I place my order with everything in stock—soon after receive an email stating one part is back ordered for weeks, so I opt for another manufacturer of the same part —but also add another part to the order since it hadn’t shipped yet.

They update the order but end up shipping that added part directly from the vendor to my address affiliated with the billing of that credit card, not what I had filled in for my current shipping address.

So that one part gets shipped there, and the other (initial part of the order) is directed for my current address but still hasn’t shipped yet because they’ve back ordered another part but this time didn’t tell me.

I contact them, tell the agent my situation, he gives me an attitude like a 20 something year old living in his mothers basement who’s frustrated because his mom is calling him while playing Minecraft and feels interrupted.

I tell him to chill and realize it’s their fault that they didn’t update the order to the correct address—after a little conflict he then goes “I’ll make sure no one picks-up your calls the next time you call” and hangs up.

Bro—never have I ever experienced this behavior in my personal life let alone dealing with a business.

I sent an email to PR about it and never heard back—

I ordered an Electrical component for my f82. When I received it the box was damaged, poorly taped, the manufacturer box was damaged as if a used product, and one piece of brown paper to protect this item. Although FCPEURO and turner are related, the service is significantly different and I'll never waste my time with their low standard of care.

Extremely poor customer service experience. I contacted customer support to inquire why it was taking approximately two business days to receive a return label for a damaged item. The product arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging and minimal reinforcement, and the damage was clearly caused during UPS transit.

Instead of assisting, the customer service representative responded in an unprofessional and hostile manner. The representative stated that if I disputed the charge with my credit card company, I would be “blacklisted,” which came across as a threat and was completely inappropriate—especially for a legitimate return involving shipping damage.

The call then escalated into a shouting match initiated by the representative. This type of behavior, along with making threats toward customers, is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers should not be spoken to this way when simply requesting a standard return for a damaged item.

These guys don't issue refunds for damaged parts they send, they keep the money and blame the customer!
Outrageous! Do NOT reccomend!
The item was returned as it came in same condition. Whatever they claim is just an excuse for refund denial! And they claim Lifetime warranty or whatever, is all a lie!
They blame the customer and don't do anything. What a scam

Part that said confirmed fitment didn't fit, then without my consent they placed an order for a different one and charged me.

Called up, went straight to a survey call back again, and the guy told me he hung up because he heard music in the background. I was driving and said hello immediately then he pretended to be the cofounder of the company having an attitude while I was trying to make a purchase, extremely unprofessional uncaring and disrespectful. This is not a company worth dealing with they will probably make up their own rules give you problems on returns and cause issues. I have something from this company and it put a whole bunch of check engine lights on a different car. It doesn’t seem like there’s quality in products or service. There’s a lot of better companies out there.

Purchased a lip 1 year ago finally got my g80 and the lip fitment is off by more than a inch. 2 shops said they can’t install it . Customer service said with the Lifetime replacement program I would have to buy another lip which is $900 and than get my money back in CREDIT. When I ship my other one back . This is ridiculous and they should have definitely handled this a better way. Very disappointed !!

Buyer beware!! They do NOT stand behind their products and their so called lifetime replacement is a scam!!
You've had my turbo for two months!

I'd Give 0 Stars If Possible. They Have Sent Me A Damaged Part, And Now An Incorrect Replacement Part. Recieved An Open Bag, With Correct Part Number, But A Different Part. Super Scummy Place, Believe The Other Reviews. Spend Your Money Somewhere That Will Actually Send You NEW, And Correct Parts.

Took my order 4 weeks ago and have no stock. Now had two emails advising of delays, but no response to any of my four emails - I only want to know what’s been delayed and when I can expect it!? Very poor communication and don’t have stock of their own branded items!

Update: Turner Motorsport did respond to my review and contacted me with the info I had been asking for. They provided a new delivery date and even managed to deliver a day early!

Not the best start, but turned out well in the end. Also, very pleased with the quality of the products I ordered.

Just purchased a turner motor sport exhaust for my bmw e46. I had to come back and update my review spoke Amanda she made things right I was upset about the fitment. Thank you Amanda for going above and beyond.
