Don’t sell your house with them and don’t pay up front to them

I had previously signed up to another online agents free trail, they were proving to be quite useless so I cancelled the trial and searched for a new one. I found Turtle Homes, they had good reviews so I went with them.

They were excellent in every aspect. They dealt with myself and my prospective purchasers courteously and efficiently. They provided a nice looking PDF brochure, which the other agent hadn't. My property sold in less than a week! It was so good when receiving the money from my sale not to have to pay out £9000 to an agent.

I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who doesn't mind doing their own viewings.

Turtle Homes do everything they say they will do, they are professional- giving an equal if not better service than any other estate agent I have used in the past.

The photographs are done professionally, showing your property at it's best, appointments are made for viewings at convenient times, but above all this is the fantastic savings you make when compared to high street agents.

This is the most professional company we have ever used to sell a house. Tried to make contact via Right Move and Zoopla but no response to repeated emails. Eventually spoke to someone at Turtle Homes who took my details and promised to call back. Once again no response after 1 week. Complete waste of time. We were cash buyers with a keen interest in a property which thanks to Turtle Homes we just couldn't get anywhere near.

I treated Turtle as a cheap way to get on rightmove. I didn't expect much for the price I paid but was happy with that. In reality, they were proactive in selling my home and dealt with all enquiries, solicitors etc and acted asa goodestate agent should (but usually doesn't!) They were professional and always available on the phone. I could not recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to user them again!
