TWF Roller Garage Doors Reviews

Great service from start to finish, delivered product on time, delivery driver was more than helpful and installation was a breeze. Great product and great service from TWF

Ordered my garage door from TWF. Absolutely no hassle, door arrived by van delivery after a couple of weeks exactly as described. Measuring guide made the whole process straightforward. Fitting the inside fit was relatively easy and managed to do the whole process over the course of the day with just me and my wife.
Very pleased with the result, quality product and finish on the door. Went with the thicker 55mm slats which appears to have been worthwhile as they seem quite robust.
Many thanks TWF, very glad I chose to buy from you.
Overall would recommend self fitting to anyone with some DIY experience. Instructions were straightforward and all you need is included.

These garage doors are superb, simple to fit and excellent quality, they are exceptional value for your money also and the customer service is brilliant, I had a issue that was my own fault and it was resolved in minutes, I'd highly recommend them and will.

Fantastic company to deal with.
Superb quality roller doors with extra features not found on competitors products.
An issue was dealt with within 30 minutes of calling.
Even upgraded an existing roller door which is now much more user friendly.

TWF Roller Garage Doors - great service and very professional!
Tom was excellent - fitted a new seal on our garage roller door.

Tested and serviced - I would recommend TWF Roller Garage Doors very highly.

I went with this company as it was recommended by a relative. I have to say that from the ordering process through to after sales service, it was a painless procedure and decent. Website provides info on obtaining variations of equipment, doors etc and how to measure the type of opening your garage has.
Really pleased with the electronic roller door itself which was
55 slat in Anthracite, remote fobs, external manual override and infrared safety door sensors.
We fitted it ourselves with no issues as measurements were accurate. It came with fitting / wiring instructions which were easy to follow.
Unfortunately an incorrect item was initially sent but quickly resolved though their support team. I did also request additional instructions for the door sensors and again resolved within 48hrs. So the support you get is spot on.
The door has made a massive difference to accessing my garage especially when a car is parked in front of it. I've had no issues so far and it all works as it should.
For my standard door opening, the cost in total was very reasonable for what I ordered...it was less than £1k.
Very pleased and would recommend.

This company is fantastic the products and of a high quality and the after sales service has been 1st class. Some of my friends have brought off them as I was so impressed with this company same not all companies operated like this

Purchase 2 TWF55 garage doors from TWF Roller Garage Doors, process was easy and Laura was very helpful throughout and quickly answered all my queries. Doors were delivery on time and installation was problem free, a great experience and I would highly recommend TWF to anyone wanting quality garage doors.

Bought two customised type 55 Roller Shutter Garage doors from TWF a couple of months ago. Good quality and reasonably priced. Customer service is first class. Delivery on time and right to the door by a great staff member. Both fitted easily.
So impressed, I ordered a very large type 77 Shutter to install as a secure freestanding rear driveway entrance, replacing heavy wooden gates. Now fitted and are great. Highly recommended.

From sales to delivery and Technical help company were first class. Product was well made and I'm really pleased with it.
A special mention to Laura and Tom for their help and friendly manner

Excellent quality garage doors, the fitter made a great job and the after sales care is brilliant. Communication is very good, always call back when they say they will
100% would recommend!

I have been using TWF for a few years now, the quality and service is second to none. The online order document is very clear and easy to use. Just ordered yet another door & felt it was time to give them a massive thumbs up. Thank you Laura & Steve keep up the good work.

Excellent value and quality. Would definitely recommend great customer Service and aftercare

I've been thinking about replacing my 50 year old 'up and over' garage door since I moved into the property 3 yrs ago. I'd done loads of research, but came across a YouTube channel 'DIY Guy' and recognised Cameron. He was fitting a TWF roller door and highly rated the quality of the product and ease of fitting. I'd never considered diy installation until I watched Cameron's video.
Anyway, I measured up my garage and followed the simple online ordering. Hey presto, my new anthracite grey roller door arrived 4 weeks later. Once the old door had been removed, the new door took about 2hrs to fit. I added an infrared safety closure system in an additional hour. Overall, the door was fitted and fully operational within 4hrs.
I'm delighted with the quality of the product, customer service that I have been offered, and ease of installation. 5 stars to TWF. Did I mention the 5yr warranty?

Purchased 2 garage doors at at reasonable price. Delivered within 3 weeks. Company kept me updated from purchase to installation. Would definitely recommend this company - a pleasure to deal with them.

Bought x2 electric roller garage doors, had a great chat with the owner, excellent communication throughout, very easy installation and a quality product. Saved myself thousands and has transformed the look of the house.

Customer service is fantastic along with a great product and very competitive price.

Purchased quite a large garage door and was very impressed by the quality of the product. Delivery was given as 4 weeks and it was delivered exactly 4 weeks to the day. Once we had installed the door we had a few issues setting the open/closing parameters, phoned TWF technical help and a very helpful chap talked me through what we needed to do to sort the problem. Would without doubt recommend TWF.
