Really pleased with the nursery, really happy with my sons progress and have had great support with potty training.

my son has been going to twisty tails nursery for about 2 years starting at the age of 9months old. The staff are very friendly and caring I would highly recommend any parents thinking about this nursery. He has learnt and developed a lot since he has been attending Twisty Tails. Overall, great warm atmosphere.

My daughter Ashira has been going to Twisty Tails Nursery for nearly a year now, and she absolutely loves it! She always looks forward to going to the nursery. She has settled in nicely with the warm and friendly staff in a homely atmosphere. She has learnt a lot of new things while she's been there and always comes home looking happy and content. A lovely little nursery,my daughter started after we moved home and she had to leave her old nursery that she had been going to since she was a baby so she was a bit unsettled and nervous about starting another nursery as she had grown familiar with the others. However the staff/children at Twisty Tails helped her settle in and now she loves going to nursery. Nice staff and children to have around my child.

Such a great nursery! My son joined when he was 2 and was barely speaking, his vocabulary has grown more than I'd expected in the last year thanks to twisty tails staff. The online learning journals are perfect for being involved in my sons developments. The staff are very friendly and informative and my son has great relationships with all of them. I feel happy and relaxed knowing my sons with such a good team while I'm at work.

Ever since our little Luke has been going to twisty tails he's been talking more and doing a lot of singing, which shows that the nursery is indeed committed to our child.The staff are very friendly and lovely to the kids.All in all an amazing nursery, would definately recommend twisty tails.

Twisty tails nursery is just perfect for my 2year old daughter. she loves it there pretty much from her first moment she stepped in. It has the most friendly and helpfull staff, great toys and lovely garden... the nursery offers great playing areas but also great activities for kids and their development. Lily has improved a lot since she started this nursery and mainly in arts and crafts, alphabets and she also made lots of friends there. So I just want to say A big thank you to the lovely Manager Aura and the rest of the lovely ladies for being so great at what you do and for making Lily's time at nursery so enjoyable.

Twisty Tails Nursery is a fabulous place for kids. My daughter is always happy going in there. A big variety of toys, and the garden is fully renovated, it looks amazing. My daughter is learning a lot in there, she's communicating with kids, started to talk in English and even singing songs that she learned in nursery. The staff are amazing, always smiling and happy to help. I am pleased that my girl is going to Twisty Tails Nursery.

My eldest child attended Twisty Tails for two-and-a-half years and absolutely loved it, so I had no hesitation in sending my second child there when she turned two years old. The original plan was to send her for two mornings a week, but she loves it there so much that I switched to five mornings, just a couple of weeks after her starting. When she arrives at the nursery she runs in excitedly, and when I collect her she is always in good spirits, has had lots of fun and has eaten well. What's interesting to observe is how her vocabulary is expanding, along with her knowledge of songs and rhymes. She is absolutely thriving there, which is a delight to see. The prices are very reasonable as well, especially considering that breakfast and lunch are included. I would recommend Twisty Tails to anyone looking for an excellent nursery.

My daughter has been going to Twisty Tails Nursery for the last two years. Staff are well trained, well behaved, professional, friendly towards parents and children. They respond quickly to parents need. The nursery itself is an extended semi detached spacious house, which has been well decorated and designed to suit children of all ages. It has several rooms for over 2s, under 2s and babies. Food quality is good and general hygiene in the nursery is to a high standard. In general I think it is one of the best nurseries in NW9 area. My daughter is happy to go there, while in the previous nursery she visited she was sometimes reluctant to go. In general a happy and nice place for children do be.

My son oscar has just started at twisty tails, he has been welcomed with open arms. I chose twisty tails as I liked the homely feel the nursery had. All staff have been welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful with the million and one questions I have had which has really put my mind at rest. I look forward to see Oscars progression whilst at twisty tails.
