I closed both my accounts, beware
They were the best bank I ever had and now the worst. I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. My account disappeared from my app with a lot of Money in it. When I was able to reach out to the bank, they told me it had been dormant because I hadn’t touched the account in some months.. Oh, and yes, there is fees for that as wellof which I was not reimbursed. The anxiety put on me of seeing all of your money gone in your bank was not something I can overcome. They did tell me the money was there and I had to go jump through hoops to get it reactivated. I then immediately close both my business and my personal account. This is no way to be doing business. And as I left the bank, I was assured, by the bank manager, as asked that I would get no solicitations nothing in the mail no email no text. No nothing and here it is two weeks later and they’re filling my mailbox with more junk mail trying to get me to take a credit card. This is not a bank you can trust doing this kind of business with…
