Lost order company completely dismissive
First the postive - cheap price. Beyond that, customer service has been astonishingly cavalier. My £160 order arrived with 1 out of 3 items missing. I reported immediately, and they took 3 days to respond. The parcel was sent Royal Mail Signature required, but no signature was requested or taken (although shown on tracking as signed as the driver faked it). Luckily, I had Ring doorbell footage to prove no signature by recipient. UK Beauty customer services insisted that as the parcel has been signed for (it hasn't and I had told them), there was nothing they could do, and I should contact my payment provider, and were otherwise unconcerned and dismissive. I pointed out that my supply contract is with with them, and not Royal Mail or payment provider, and could they supply the missing item or refund, and they have ignored me (I have waited a further 3 days to give them time, before writing this review).
Such an easy issue to put right, it is a shame they have got it so wrong.
Steer clear unless you like playing roulette with whether or not you will receive your order

Sadly I didn't have the best experience with this company, they say my parcel was delivered to a safe place, I didn't give permission for a safe place, the photo they sent me was a pile of parcels which could have been anywhere it would be nice if UK beauty club responded
