Very poor customer service…
I purchased the Geske eye massage device, but it will not charge. I have other Geske devices, and tried that charger, in case it was a fault with the charger, but it still wouldn't charge. I emailed UK Beauty Club, to ask how to go about exchanging the item or getting a refund, but i haven't heard anything from them. Will never buy from them again, and would not recommend anyone using this site.

I ordered olaplex 1000ml shampoo and…
I ordered olaplex 1000ml shampoo and conditioner, when I received the product it was damaged . The product was all over the inside of the box and all over the bottles so I called up the customer service and was asked to take photos which I did. I got a email back saying that I was only to receive £20 back bearing in mind I paid nearly £100 for the products. I called them back and they said they would get someone to call or email me and the manager lesley emailed me and said they would increase to £25 and 20% off next purchase , I told them i wouldn't order from them again so I knew I wasn't getting My money back . Asked if I could get half my money back and she said yes she would sort it out that day and they haven't. I have emailed to ask where my refund is but i have received no correspondence from them . I advise u to avoid this company at all costs .

Upon receiving your report about the damaged items, we promptly requested photos to assess the issue and determine a resolution. Based on the images provided, the damage appeared minimal, and a partial refund of £20 was initially offered to account for the inconvenience. As you were dissatisfied with this resolution, we followed up with an increased offer of £25 and a 20% discount for a future purchase as a goodwill gesture.
We also note that even though the issue was still ongoing you failed to retain the items for inspection or return, they were disposed of, limiting our ability to process a full refund or replacement. Additionally, regarding the claim for half the order’s value, we are investigating why the follow-up may not have reached you, as we aim to resolve all cases promptly.
We genuinely regret that this experience has led to such disappointment. We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied and will use this feedback to improve our communication and resolution process.
