A scam is defined as "an illegal trick, usually with the purpose of getting money from people." As UKbride has now received a court judgment affirming its fair, reasonable, and legal trading practices, your false statement is libelous.
UKbride offer up to 6 months free of charge advertising, we make clear in a big red box, which takes up one third of the order form the terms and conditions of the free trial offer.
While we welcome constructive feedback, I’m sure you will appreciate that we cannot tolerate false or libelous statements that damage our reputation. Initially, we kindly request that you remove or amend your review to reflect accurate information. Should this not be possible, we may need to explore other avenues to protect our reputation.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! They trick you into signing up with a free trial and then don’t let you cancel a years contract which they charge over £2000 for, then chase you aggressively through the courts. Useless website too with ‘leads’ that never respond.
I have been asked to amend this review as UK Bride have complained to trust pilot however, I absolutely stand by everything that I have said. Please take a look at how many UK Bride reviews have been removed, as this company complains about every one.

The requirement for a STOP CODE to prevent automatic renewal is clearly stated in our terms and conditions and on our order form. You signed and agreed to these terms, acknowledging that you read and understood them. The process is straightforward and clearly highlighted purposely in a prominent red box on the order form.
We aim to provide leads from brides-to-be in the UK, gathered through various online platforms. While we cannot guarantee success for every business, many have found significant value in our services, which is why we offer a free trial to assess if our leads and advertising campaign work for your business.

Table Plan Ease
I was struggling to find an app or program that gave me the ease of an electronic table plan so I could visual and swap out guests easily. I joined UKbride for just that and now my table plan is completed! And I know if any issues arise before the day, I’ll be able to just easily swap people without too much hassle.
