Be very careful! This company is not very understanding.
As has been reported previously, we were unable to cancel a subscription after the 3 months' free trial. We contacted UKBride as soon as we became aware of the mistake on our part. They have not been understanding and have been unavailable to speak to us. We are a small, community arts charity in Croydon and their payment demand is not possible for us.

Our free trial offer allows businesses to experience our services without obligation. The requirement for a STOP CODE to prevent automatic renewal is clearly stated in our terms and conditions and on our order form. You signed and agreed to these terms, acknowledging that you read and understood them. The process is straightforward and clearly highlighted purposely in a prominent red box on the order form.
Regarding your comment about the lack of understanding, I assure you that our team is very polite and courteous. However, if you choose not to honour the contract you agreed to and refuse payment, we will unfortunately have to follow up with debt collection letters to recover the outstanding amount. As I am sure you would if someone owed you money?
While we welcome constructive feedback, I’m sure you will appreciate that we cannot tolerate false statements that damage our reputation. Initially, we kindly request that you remove or amend your review to reflect accurate information. Should this not be possible, we may need to explore other avenues to protect our reputation.
