Terrible company
Terrible company, only paying the extortionate fee due to an oversight on the auto renewal following the most pointless and fruitless 3 months ‘free trial’ . The dashboard is really horrible to update, the filter system simply doesn’t work and when I asked if we would have an account manager or someone to assist with our campaign, the answer was in short ‘no’. Terrible leads because we receive enquiries not even remotely suited to what we offer. UK Bride is only slightly cheaper than Hitched yet offers absolutely nothing in comparison.
Also very aggressive accounts communication. They only care about getting money in, yet no service for what you are paying for. Will never ever use again.

Our free trial offer allows businesses to experience our services without obligation. The requirement for a STOP CODE to prevent automatic renewal is clearly stated in our terms and conditions and on our order form. You signed and agreed to these terms, acknowledging that you read and understood them. The process is straightforward and clearly highlighted purposely in a prominent red box on the order form.
Regarding your comment about the 'aggressive accounts communication', you initially chose to refuse payment, and so we unfortunately had to follow up with debt collection letters to recover the outstanding monies. As I am sure you would if someone owed you money? I assure you that our team is very polite and courteous.
While we welcome constructive feedback, I’m sure you will appreciate that we cannot tolerate false statements that damage our reputation. Initially, we kindly request that you remove or amend your review to reflect accurate information. Should this not be possible, we may need to explore other avenues to protect our reputation.

Website recommendation
I was just having a look at the website, its so user friendly and the best part is when you're dropping a message to one venue - it automatically gives you an option of sending it to the others straightaway.
It gives you a lot of filter options and rather than calling - email is the best way to get in touch.
futhermore, the website design is elegant and not too flashy.

One of the better wedding fairs
One of the better wedding fairs. Lovely venue and not too busy and not too big. I didn't have to hang around. All the hotel staff friendly and the exhibitors were all very accommodating. Then we followed it with a trek around York and back to Hotel Du Vin for lunch.
