I ordered Christmas storage bauble bags on the 27th December and they arrived really quickly via courier. These bags are fantastic quality with the dividers being material rather than cardboard. For the small baubles at top of tree I could fit 3 per compartment. With the huge ones at bottom of the tree I couldn't fit inside compartment but they did sit on top. Each bag had 3 drawers which fit 84 baubles per bag. These are excellent and will keep my decorations totally protected as they are also padded. I received an email to confirm my order and then another to let me know my parcel had be dispatched with tracking number. I will definitely use this company again, they truly look after customers and product was superb quality. Thank you UK Christmas World

Found this website for the first time in 2023 to look for ‘unusual’ indoor Xmas lights and wasn’t disappointed .
Bought 2 sets of warm white, light vine branch lights and used them to enhance a mantel-piece and lounge mirror . Easy to bend , style and decorate without being covered in glitter because the gold coating is wrapped around the branches not daubed in cheap sprinkles. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I ordered over £150 of Christmas lights from UK Christmas World in late November, but didn't actually open them and put them up until mid-December. Sadly one set of lights failed to turn on at all. When contacted for a return UK Christmas World refused to act unless I sent a video as proof, How to you video lights refusing to turn on to prove they are defective? Simply a stalling tactic to deny a legitimate return. I simply wasted my money so would avoid them in future.

Update1: Hi Joanne, thanks for your reply. What is your advice for how to take a photo/video of a set of lights that are outwardly complete and intact but simply refuse to turn on that demonstrates they don't work? You are simply putting obstacles in the way to deny a refund. It worked they are in the bin and I've written off the money paid for them. Well done.

Very impressed with the customer service! I was messaged to say that an item I had ordered (Christmas Outdoor Lights extension cable) was the last one in the warehouse and had turned out to be damaged, so I was 'upgraded,' at no extra cost, to a longer length cable - and all items were delivered promptly.

The company was very helpful and pleasant to deal with regarding the delivery of my large (2m ) item. The huge lit reindeer was surprisingly easy to erect and install in the garden and looks impressive! Great value purchase.

The three sets of battery operated outdoor lights that l purchased are excellent quality and really are just what I have been looking for.
There was a hitch with the DPD delivery but they did arrive safely in the end.
I had no problem dealing with Christmas World and I will certainly be dealing with them again.

The products are fantastic if not damaged. And if damaged the company is brilliant at sending a replacement. However the replacement was damaged too. Still waiting for a response about this one. That said I have purchase a lot of products from them yhis year and highly delighted with all but this one product.

Good range of products and arrived when it said it would. Colour was true to the description as well.
