Really great service,
I didnt know what I was doing, although I am a chippie by trade I havent done a lot of roofing, especially flat roof finishings etc,
Mike sorted me out with all the right kit and even weeks after recieving it was still emailing me advise on how to do the lead flashings and what process to follow,
Great service and the kit itself is amazing, the roof was 9m x 6m and we did it in one piece so a nice straight forward clean job!

£15 carriage charge on a bag of screws that only cost £15 is extortionate,
I’m sure they could have been delivered for under £5. Had I noticed the carriage charge before purchasing I would not have ordered

Had a roll of Alutrix in my garage for three months waiting to finish my rear kitchen extension when I came to use it I noticed it had written on the roll 30m with the 3 crossed out and a 4 next to it. I needed 40m and it looked like the leading edge had been cut, I didn't want to start using and find it short so called UKFR and was asked to send photo's. After just one day I was sent a 10m roll to make up for what did turn out to be a short roll. I have to say Mike Storey who dealt with my query could not have been more helpful super quick to respond and so understanding. A great service and highly recommended one of the best companies I've dealt with.

I order the EPDF rubber roofing on 24…
I order the EPDF rubber roofing on 24 of July afternoon 2pm, I found I order wrong size of rubber so I call them on next day morning 9:30am to ask: is it prosible to cancelled the order and I reorder it on online or exchange to right size as I haven't received any email said my item out for delivery, but the guy who I'm spoke to said I can't exchange or cancelled my items, because on his end the items already pack for delivery there is many items ready for delivery and they don't want to spend time to find my items, so I have to wait the items come and refuse it, but i can't get full refund because the rubber has been cut they will charge me 35% of money (I didn't see any mention on the website when i order it) and lost £15 for delivery charge, this is very bad sevice when I order they sent me email said they will notified me when the items has been prepared, but i only received this email by 1pm afternoon, which mean when I call up in the morning they have not prepared yet I'm sure they just want to take my £55 out of my £298 I pay, it's shame I reorder it from them again, because I don't have time to search other company but I don't recommend people order from here

We’d like to clarify that your order was placed at 1:00 PM on Thursday 24th July and as stated on our website, our standard delivery timeframe is 1–3 working days so our warehouse team promptly cut, processed and packed your order onto the lorry for dispatch within this timeframe.
It’s not that we were unwilling to retrieve your items from the lorry—it’s simply that with hundreds of orders to fulfill each day, once items are loaded for delivery, it’s not always physically possible to reverse the process while still maintaining our delivery commitment to other customers. However, we did inform you that you were welcome to refuse delivery if the items were incorrectly measured. With cut to size items it is extremely important to ensure your measurements are accurate to avoid these issues.
Additionally, as your items were custom cut to size a restocking fee applies once the items have been cut. This is because custom cut EPDM cannot be restocked the same as a roll of EPDM as it has been bespoke cut to your specific requirements. This is outlined both in the Delivery and Returns tab and in our Terms and Conditions.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible and are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations.

Great Company good communication

Excellent service from staff
I've ordered from here multiple times and the service has been excellent. I made an order in April for materials I needed with a tight turnaround, and the courier lost the delivery. UKFR were incredibly responsive on Whatsapp, followed up with me multiple times, and sent out another order to me the next day. It really was top service. Products have arrived timely, in good condition and no issues with items. Would strongly recommend!

The best customer service experience I've had recently
What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with the team at UKFR.
Their products are high quality and reasonably priced, but what really impressed me was how responsive and eager to help they were. Communicating over WhatsApp was fast and clear, and they even helped fast-track a second order for some late additions.

Great product and fantastic customer service
I researched for some time around installing a green/sedum roof on my newly built garden office. It was a stipulation by my local Planning Department and, although I wasn't averse, I was worried about the extra stress and expense. I found UK Flat Roofing to be competitive in price with clear online information about the different options which helped me decide on the way forward.
Once I'd made my order, Mike from UKFR got in touch to discuss it as I hadn't made quite the right choice of edging for the sedum trays I had ordered. The new, more appropriate option he suggested was actually cheaper!
Delivery was quick and straightforward and I think the product looks great on my new flat roof. Customer service has been second to none. In fact, the whole process has not been at all stressful thanks to UKFR. Thanks guys.
