The order placed was to be delivered to Little Scholars Nursery based on Glyndwr University Campus. They did not deliver to the day nursery, but left the parcel at the main reception of the university!

I can understand the frustration around the courier delivering the goods to the main University however I can see that the delivery address on the order is marked for "Glyndwr University". And has no mention of " Little Scholars Nursery".
When you next place an order, I'd suggest you amend the address slightly to ensure the courier/driver is aware of where to take the delivery.
