I switched from another provider nearly two years ago and never looked back. I got all the support and answers to my many questions when setting up and all went smoothly. There have been no problems since, but I did change my package recently and that also was completely problem-free. They are helpful and respond to any enquiries very quickly. Highly recommended.

The best tv service since we arrived in Moraira (and we’ve tried a few). Proper Sky TV with catchup etc. Any problems get resolved pretty quickly. Well done Paul & Co.

I have been using a VPN Router from UK TV Router for 4 years now. The product is excellent and the company give great support when needed - and that hasn't been necessary more than once in that time. Instructions given were easy to follow and solved the issue.

We started using Base Satellite about 14 plus years ago, and UKTV as soon as it was available. It is a very good Company, with a fabulous after sales service.
Paul always sends out emails to let you know when they are taking a holiday, and the office will be closed, but there is always an emergency number to ring.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs UK television in Spain.

I have been using Paul's services for a number of years, he has provided equipment and advice on satellite equipment which has been outstanding. The TV Router has been the last purchase and after a year it has worked perfectly, my wife would be lost without it.

Excellent, wouldn't be without the UK TV Router. Great to have access to Catch-up TV & Box Sets and being able to Download a programme when it's been missed or failed due to the weather. Paul, Caroline & Gary have all been very helpful and on hand asap when/if necessary. We used Base Satellite when we moved to Spain in 2003 and have never regretted the decision since.

The UK TV router is an excellent product which is easy to install. The service received from Paul Glennie, at Base Satellites is first class, Paul is always willing to help if you have any queries or problems.

I'm very happy with the service. I can access the full range of catch up programmes and downloading is very quick. If you download in SD, a 1 hour programme is usually available in minutes. I have no hesitation in endorsing UK TV Router.
