Jamie from Ultra PDR visited us yesterday to address a few dents in my 2019 c63.
Being a performance car it’s always a little bit of a worry giving the keys to someone you just met but with Jamie I had no such worries.
From the outset his approach was highly professional and his presentation immaculate. An extremely well spoken guy with a clear passion for what he does - you can tell he is here to do a job to a high standard before he even begins. After a quick review of the car’s issues he got right to work and in around an hour had all of the small dents removed!
Not only did he undertake the repairs to a high standard, Jamie also offered me kind advice on dealing with some paintwork issues on my inner arches that could become an issue if not addressed soon - he didn’t have to take the time to explain that to me and I felt very looked after and that he understood the car is my pride and joy.
Overall I couldn’t recommend Jamie and Ultra PDR more. From the standard of workmanship right through to the standard of service and fair pricing.
Would recommend to anyone, especially to those with a higher end/ performance vehicle looking for someone they can trust with the car and keys alone.
