Product not what was advertised. So disappointing. I bought 2! Wish I had searched reviews before my impulsive purchase. What a drag.

I echo what others are saying - the customer service is horrible and the products are cheap. I ordered the Ocean Wave plates which were supposedly made in Italy but were made in China. I only received part of my order and now I cannot get anyone from the company to respond. Looks like I am going to have to open a dispute with my credit card company. I don't know how they get away with such false advertising.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Plates are not made in Italy, they are made and shipped from China. I only received half my order and all of the plates were SHATTERED in the box. Wrapped in paper with no bubble wrap from China. Took over 2 weeks. There is no phone number, no physical address. STAY AWAY.

I ordered $600 worth of this stunning dinnerware in August of 2023 it is now the end of December and after several email correspondence maybe ten, where I follow up with Uniuni ther carrier/Shipper and receive the carriers email of acknowledgment of a lost order including letters to provide the vendor Ultrazo, we have yet to receive the purchase order nor a resolution. This has been an awful experience! It does not need to be, we understand orders get lost, however it is in how you handle the errors that make or break that customer relationship.

Disheartening and plateless in Boca Raton!

Customer service helped me navigate shipping issues with my post office. Did all right by me.

No issues what so ever with the order!

I had plates that came broken and they offered to replace and ship back without charging me, so was pleasantly surprised.

DO NOT order from this company!

Firstly, the products I ordered (Ocean Waves Deep Blue plates) looked NOTHING like the photos in their ad - they were a dull, ugly colour - I would not have paid even a pound for them in a charity shop. They never gave me any explanation for this.

Secondly, it took months for them to give me a partial refund (which they'd agreed); they kept on saying they'd paid when THEY HAD NOT, and didn't pay until after I got my credit card company involved.

I purchased dinnerware that was stated as "hand crafted from Italy" the dishes arrived at half of the size noted and stated it was from "China". This company is a fraud and they scammed us for $400!

The blue plates came as deep rich blue as the images showed so I'm quite happy. The business seems like they're under new ownership and the customer support was helpful in answering my questions regarding shipping times.

Plates came as described, no issues.

Nothing like the product they described. ‘Ocean Waves Deep Blue bowl’ turns out is just a blue bowl lacking any unique features resembling ocean waves…fooled yet again with more mass produced cheap chinese cr**!

The plates are from China not Italian handcrafted as advertised

This company should not be able to run a business. Chris the owner support rep, is running a scam business. You look at the rating of bad reviews is 83% it should be 100% This man is a crook. Do not buy from this company you will be sorry if you do.

ORDERED 5 ITEMS ON 12/6 FOR GIFTS,AS OF 12/29 2 ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED. I WAS CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR A DUPLICATE ORDER SO I REQUESTED 303.00 BE RETURNED AND THE BANK ISSUED THE CREDIT. CHRIS AT ULTRAZO CLAIMS THE FINAL PORTION OF THE FIRST ORDER IS COMING. I TOLD HIM IF THE SECOND ORDER SHOWED UP I WOULD SEND IT BACK ASAP. NOW HE THREATS LEGAL ACTION. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST CHRIS.

SUCK...wall clock NOT as presented. Once again RIPPED off by a Chinese Company! When will I learn?

I received my order for a wall clock, which arrived promptly and appeared exactly as it was displayed in their catalogue. But the clock has been running slow falling behind around 2 minutes each week. I raised the matter with their "Support" through multiple emails seeking advice on how to set the clock to run properly,
but received no response. Ultrazo displays no respect for customers. I would caution customers to avoid purchasing from Ultrazo.

First, let me start with I love their Blue Wave dishes and my first order went perfectly.

Then when I placed my second order, it was shipped to the wrong address.

They are not give me a refund or replacing my item.

I ordered a wristwatch but it didn’t work properly and I returned it… no problem.
Ultrazo was kind enough to send me a new watch (?!) but I never received it, even though Ultrazo claimed that the package was registered in their system, as “delivered”!? I have filed several complaints, about either returning my money or send me another watch, but now they won’t answer me…
Ultrazo just lost another costumer!

I've ordered several things from this site and have loved every item! Definitely passes the test :)
