Everything went to plan. Kasia was very patient with my indecision and was really helpful with suggestions. Lee and Will the fitters were polite friendly and tidy. Everything went smoothly and we’re delighted with the end product

The experience from start to end was seemless. Kasia helping with redesign of the wardrobes and getting it all booked in to Lee doing a fantastic job in fixing the wardrobe making it look a custom made one. Just fabulous job from the team

Working with Unflatpack has been a great experience from start to finish. Kasia was incredibly helpful during the planning stage — checking-in, scheduling calls and helping design the wardrobe.

Will then did an amazing job assembling and fitting the IKEA PAX wardrobe on a tricky, uneven wall in the flat - I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out! He was professional and detail-oriented. He patiently handled major last-minute changes to the original plan and came up with creative design solutions to achieve the look I was going for. He stayed late to make sure everything was finished to a high standard and even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I’d absolutely recommend Will and Unflatpack’s services to anyone looking to get a custom wardrobe done for a reasonable price.

Unflatpack have been a pleasure to work with. We originally approached hammonds who quoted us at £15k for our wardrobe. Unflatpack delivered a much better experience in a shorter quoted time frame at a fraction of what hammonds quoted (£3k). Anthony and Denver were informative and helpful in designing the wardrobe through Ikea.

Will who fitted the wardrobe has done a fantastic job especially as our walls in our older victorian home are far from straight! Will was very professional, friendly and timely arriving early, leaving late and very clean! We simply cannot recommend Unflatpack enough, and will be using them again in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with the entire Unflatpack team. Anthony explained the entire process to us in a clear manner and answered all of our questions. Our installer-Alfie was extremely professional and took great care in his attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship. We were left stunned at how beautiful our dressing room turned out and you would NEVER tell that this was achieved at a fraction of the price compared to other more expensive companies. Definitely will be recommending to friends and would use again if needed in the future.

I chose Unflatpack after a friend recommended them. Communication with Kasia and the team was great from start to finish, the design calls were helpful and all my questions were answered. Lee fitted my wardrobe and he was really friendly, and did a great job, I'm really happy with my finished wardrobe.

We chose unflatpack thanks to their online reviews and we didn't regret it! Speedy and high quality job. Lee arrived early at 8.30 AM and was done by 3.30 PM. The end result was great at a fraction of a price you would typically pay for a fitted wardrobe.

The whole process was seamless. Very helpful design calls and understanding of my needs with the space provided. I was fortunate enough to be allocated Alphie who did the fitting of my wardrobe. Alphie was very skilled, polite and tidy. His attention to details are fantastic and I would highly recommend him if you are using unflatpack.

From start to finish it was really good. We've been searching for someone who could do this. So super happy to come across unflatpack. The work is done to a rally high standard and both the guys who worked on our wadrobes took real pride in the end result. Whilst they were here we also talked to them about a couple more projects. If you need built in ikea projects these are the guys to use.

Denver and his team were wonderful throughout the process. From the design consultations to the actual fitting, everything was great.

The finish is far superior to our expectations, even though our job was a more complicated one and included floating METOD cabinets above the bed to have a full wall of fitted wardrobes.

We're now considering doing our second bedroom with these guys, cannot recommend them enough.

My only suggestion to other prospective clients would be book in a man+van waste disposal service in advance as there's a lot of packaging and offcuts to deal with!

Amazing service from this company, so glad I found them. Their fitter not only assembled our IKEA Pax wardrobes but made adjustments, and built around them, so they fitted our space perfectly. He really knew what he was doing and worked solidly all day. Now we have beautiful fitted wardrobes for a fraction of the price. Nothing but praise for Unflatpack.

Incredible fitted walk in style wardrobes. Very pleased to have used unflatpack services. Tiger did a tremendous job fitting my PAX wardrobes and the premium finish was well worth the extra cost. I now have great fitted wardrobes at a fraction of the cost.

Fitter didn’t show up yesterday, due to illness, spoke to Anthony in office who was said he couldn’t offer an alternative date as all his other fitters were booked but would get back to me. Day 2 still no call or message despite numerous emails to them and unanswered calls. I have paid for this fitting which hasn’t happened so I would now like a refund.
This is Day 2 of the complaint. I will update until I’m contacted.

Day 6 Finally received contact. Refund has been processed.

My heavily pregnant partner and myself had an awful experience with Unflatpack, for numerous reasons. After following their guidelines to ready our flat for installation the initial job was delayed two weeks at their request, before the subsequent job was eventually completed following lengthy delays, notably the fitter, Denver, not turning up on the day the job was due to begin. We eventually had our wardrobes completed on day four of what was initially quoted as a one, one and a half day job, including multiple days when Denver arrived after midday and left at 10pm - not ideal with an eight month pregnant partner in the flat!

Engaging a fitting service for the first time was a major decision for us, especially considering the significance of the furniture piece involved. Naturally, we were apprehensive about getting everything right.

However, upon meeting Will (Will Burke)and Jem, our concerns were swiftly alleviated. They proved to be not only proficient fitters but also adept problem solvers. Despite initially providing incorrect measurements, they responded with prompt and highly professional solutions, demonstrating their expertise and dedication.

What truly stood out was their meticulous attention to detail and refusal to rush through the job. They took the time to fine-tune every aspect and left the space impeccably clean—a level of service that truly impressed us.

We are immensely grateful for their assistance and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I recently had a fitted wardrobe installed in the loft by Unflatpack and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The preliminary Zoom meeting was very helpful for deciding on a design suitable for the space with a sloping ceiling. Will and his colleague were punctual, worked continuously throughout, and were genuinely pleasant. They showed excellent workmanship and made sure to leave the room tidy, readying the rubbish for removal. The finished wardrobe was better than I had expected, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I would certainly recommend Unflatpack for their efficient and high-quality service.
