From the very first phone call, I was reassured that unicorn would be able to help me deliver an urgent consignment from Manchester to London in time to meet a tight deadline. Their calm, friendly personal service and 'can-do' attitude alleviated my stress straightaway. I would 100% use them again, they live up to their name and are magic!

Exceptional service.

Unicorn were able to receive my request, print out the documents that needed to be couriered within 20 minutes, before actually delivering the documents with 4 minutes in hand.

Wow, this was honestly incredible. Our business needed a test laptop delivered to basically the midlands when we are based in the southwest, and they picked it up 25 mins after I first found the website and had it delivered straight to the recipient within an hour and a half. Honestly incredible, you pay for what you get. Would highly recommend, Nigel the driver was so lovely aswell. All round great service, and I use couriers all the time and would defo give these 5 stars. Thank you!!!

Very easy to book and pay. Really good service, no issues (we used same day direct delivery).

Made the mistake of leaving essential Medicines in a fridge at hotel near Birmingham. Didn’t realise until arriving at Southampton. Phoned Unicorn for help and they arranged for a courrier to collect it and bring it to us in just over 4 hours . Dave the driver was excellent, keeping us informed of his journey and when to expect him. Cannot thank them enough for helping two elderly people with a real problem.

Everything was good, customer support is perfect, couriers are great ( they made delivery exactly like i asked) it`s really the best delivery company that i worked with!

The team were super responsive and helpful. Even when the location of the delivery was incorrect, and error on our part, they ensured the parcels found the correct location safely and efficiently.

An absolute gem of a company. Tried all the main logistic companies first and none would take a package 220cm in length. Having wasted hours completing online quotes as none of the companies seemed to be easily contactable - I found Unicorn Logistics.

All I can say is "thank you". A quick call, a quote within 3 minutes, and even the offer of collecting the packages within an hour.

Dan was very accommodating as the end delivery address had to be changed - and the packages were successfully delivered this morning. The driver was the same guy that collected the packages and was really friendly and helpful.

Unicorn logistics were able to collect my brother in laws passport from the hotel in Manchester, where he had accidently left it and deliver direct to my doorstep in Somerset that same night.
My brother in law was able to reschedule a connecting flight from Bristol to Ireland and still be there in time to fly from Ireland to Canada.
Unicorn logistics were incredibly helpful, they gave the best quote on delivery time and price by far, in fact the passport was delivered ahead of time.
