After months of debating and, maybe, chewing the fat over decoration I finally reached the "let's get to grips with the carpet part..🫣🤣" We have been too and been satisfied with United Carpets previously to great result so it was basically a no-brainer to return. As before a welcoming 'see what catches your eye and shout us' and we quickly found and decided on a carpet of choice. Now given this was a relatively small coverage here sadly, 8x8..on this occassion the guys showed no surprise or disappointment at that and we again quickly progressed to payment and fitting date. Brilliantly (again) it was a matter only of a couple of days, we were chuffed. Fitting visit again was brilliant, quick respectful of the house and room and friendly, job done. They did the job once again cleanly and precise, I was impressed.Altogether a great team, service, and quality product that I'm loving and above all finishes the room superbly. Many many thanks UC!! 👏👏👏

Happy with service we received as all appointments kept but to pay £1200 for a floor to be fitted which equated to 11 hours labour in total seemed extortionate . That’s over £100 per hour with no overheads ! I’m in the wrong job

Dan was amazing, i came to the shop with my daughter in law not really knowing what we wanted and Dan was very patient and helped us choose what was ideal for me and my family. I left the shop a very happy customer and looking forward to my carpets being fitted. Thank you so much Dan.

Very good we was greeted by Dan who asked could he help us I said my mum was just wanting to browse he told me if I needed him just to call him some sales assistant can be pushy but he left us to look which was excellent when my mum made her mind up we called Dan and he instantly came to assist us he answered all my mums questions before and after her purchase and gave her a brilliant price Dan went above and beyond for my mum

We have purchased carpets & other flooring materials numerous times from United Carpets for over 20 years, and we have always received very good customer service, advice, and value for money.

Lately, we had Dan & Asghar from United Carpets on Ascort Drive helping us with the purchase of new carpets for the whole house. Dan kindly took the measurements, offered valuable suggestions on what would be suitable for my home, and never did any pressure sales. only offered good advice & suggestions & always had plenty of time to assist further.

United Carpets has served us very well. We have no complaints. I would highly recommend them to others. Thank you guys for all your help. :)

Service in the shop excellent, date made to fit carpets and wooden flooring fitted turned up nice and early and done a good job, the carpet and wooden flooring looks amazing but be aware of the extremely awful strong smelling underlay, I was told it would diminish in time but over a month later I can still smell this awful smell , I have had a couple of carpets and underlay fitted over the years but never incurred this problem before just hope the odour goes soon as it is truly awful and has taken the joy off of having new carpets fitted 🙁

Area was measured by friendly professional rep, all points explained. Fitter arrived at time given, carpet fitted and looks & feels amazing .

Ordering my carpet in the Derby store was super quick and easy. The fitter was on time and did a fantastic job. I've had a few carpets from here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was very impressed, the chap that created me as I walked into the shop was friendly and knowledgeable. I helped me to choose the type of carpet I wanted and even fitted it the very next day. Very impressed.

We have used United Carpets Derby now on several occasions and have been more than pleased with their service. Great choice of goods. Always their on time to fit, clean workmanship and good customer care at all stages of purchase. I would highly recommend them.

Because we were having the same carpet in all bedrooms Dan worked out that cutting 2 rooms from a wider carpet would save waste and cost.
He then fitted us in the same day to measure the rooms accurately.
He then arranged to fit them himself on his day off.

I was impressed with the speed at which my carpet was ready. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the fitters as they were 2 hours late arriving and did not clean up after fitting. When queried about this ,their response was 'we don't do that mate'. They were obviously in a hurry to get away.

We needed some vinyl flooring at the Ascot Drive store Derby and was assisted by Dan who couldn't have been more helpful allowing us to take samples home and making suggestions on different coulors. Very impressed with service and selection in store . Thank you Dan for your help.

United Carpets in Derby were attentive and friendly. They came to my property to measure the floors on the day that I came into store! Dealing with them was easy and the price (to carpet a whole 2 bedroomed flat) was very reasonable.

We went in. Directed us to the beds then left us on our own to browse. That's how we like it..then when ready the assistant came with excellent advice..purchasing was easy as the staff are so pleasant. Delivered quickly. Would highly recommend this company
