On the day of installation, the fitters did a first-class, professional job. The overall finish was flawless, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

Bought bedroom carpet couple months ago. Really nice quality .people in shop and follow ups on phone very helpful and freindly. And carpet fitter the same. Need more carpets through year will be going back

Professional, friendly service, would recommend
From the first time i went into my local United Carpets and Beds the service has been great. First visit was to just have a look at flooring and get a quote, staff were very friendly. Second visit, I picked out the flooring and again, customer service was great, very friendly, chatty and helpful. Today, I had the flooring fitted and the guy that did it was lovely, very polite and did a brilliant job. Very happy with the customer service and my floor looks great. Would definitely recommend

Carpet looks fantastic perfect underlay feels lovely on your feet. Fitters where very thorough. Took them longer than they thought it would but they didn't complain. Have used united carpets before and would certainly use them again

Super efficient and genuinely lovely
A lovely gentleman came to measure up, Id already picked the carpet I wanted from their website. He'd actually came out on his day off he was super efficient and genuinely a really nice guy. I then rang the shop to book fitting and the lady was again so lovely extremely helpful and nothing was a problem.
