More often than not the scheduled bus will disappear from the board. It's bad enough that the bus (602) only comes once every 30 minutes and once an hour on a Sunday but for the bus not to actually arrive is appalling. Today I had to walk 45 minutes to get home and the other day I had to get an UBER. It's so stressful not knowing if I can get to my destination on time because of this service. I didn't want to get a car just yet but I'll have to. At a time when it's so important to get people out of their cars and onto public transport, this is outrageous.

Worst bus service in UK that I have seen. Too slow, late and old fashioned.

My class was started at 10 AM and still 614 is not coming. I’m waiting here from one and half hours.

Worst service - cant add anything new that other reviewers haven’t said already but UNO is shockingly bad. I sometimes us the bus tracker which will indicate a bus is coming only for it randomly to disappear from the tracker and get cancelled… no explanation or even apology on any of their social media platforms. The company shows complete contempt for their customers and just seems to ignore the situation

Left my wallet on an Uno bus today. Realised straight away. Have been waiting for over an hour for someone to pick up the phone so I can report it and find out what to do to get it back.

Totally rubbish service. Route 601 to borehamwood from St Albans. 3 times in a row. Bus was due at 7:33 was at the bus stop at 7:25 left at 9:00 still no sign of it. 2nd time bus 20:22 was at the bus stop 20:15 left bus stop at 20:55 to get the train no bus turned up
And third time bus was meant to come 08:20 but bus came 09:05 totally unacceptable

Everyday, the buses either never turn up or are incredibly late. It’s a useless service.

As often, never runs to the timetable. Always late. Due 20.27 tonight, turns up at 20.30 (which can understandably happen).
But then has a SIX minute stop at Colney Fields 🤷🏾‍♂️ 😤

Lazy, disorganized, uncaring and completely helpless at times. Had an experience back in the summer where there was a crash along theobald and the road was closed. The driver scat himself and didn't know what to do and all the passengers had to hold his hand and guide him. Supposing nobody on that bus travelled with uno before and didn't know the route. Good god. We held his hand and guided him to radlett via watling street. I take back everything I ever said about tfl buses. If a tfl driver started wimping out like that he'd be out on his bottom in a heartbeat. For all of tfl's faults they could be much worse. I only take this service to take advantage of the £2 bus cap. I'd be seething and demanding refunds immediately if I paid full whack for a return. As the title says, I'll stick to tfl. One last thing, to the people at uno looking at this, take a good hard look at how tfl are running things and compare it to the way you're doing things. You might learn an awful lot. The fact that tfl have contracted 2 routes (644 & 614) to you and have allowed you to not accept oyster along any part of the route boggles my mind. You should've had those contracts revoked and torn up years ago. That's all.

Worst bus reliability I have ever had to deal with in my entire life! The 602 doesn’t turn up at times, often missing two scheduled stop times. I’ve only had to go use a bus recently as having car issues, and I just can’t believe that this is the service connecting Radlett to Watford. I feel sorry for those who are relying on this to get to work etc. UNO sort it out.

worst buses i have ever been on, always delayed and always take ages to leave. so unorganised and costly for such rubbish. a bus that comes at 12:30 should not be leaving at 12:55?? it inconveniences students who have class and end up being late all because of these terrible buses. not a swift system. tickets should be brought online/ at the station and then you just quickly show the driver and get on. when the bus is clearly packed the driver continues to squeeze people in

Unacceptable service- 601 bus to st albans this afternoon. I had to wait having my toddler with me - bus never turned up , had to wait for next one which cancelled itself on the app and after I left the bus stop it was there . Whoever runs the service should be ashamed of themselves!

Customer service lady named Caroline Clarke that replies to emails is very unhelpful and rude. The bus broke down two stops in and she refused to give me a refund and blamed me.

The first 602 to wattford has been around 30min late for the majority of the week

Absolutely disgusting service. Buses never turn up on time. Drivers can be embarrassingly rude to passengers. The whole service needs looking at and they need to get their act together. It asks for date of review but l can't answer that, as it is nearly everyday.

Disgusting 45mins waiting and no bus. Why put out a timetable if you can’t comply with it. I hope this contract gets terminated cause it keeps on happening!

They are never on time. Also the bus cancel the normal route without any sort of notification. It’s hard if you are at uni and have to attend classes. Questions our punctuality instead it’s the buses that makes us late. Returning back home also is a problem you wait for an hour realizing after half an hour ur bus is unavailable.also that being the last bus of the day… Seriously!!!!

For the last 2 weeks I have had nothing but problems with the 602 needing to get to work last night the bus never turned up.
Coming home from work in the morning is the worst one morning the 07.00am bus and the 07.30am bus didn't turn up last Monday. Last Thursday the 7am didn't turn up again.
It's an absolute joke. People need this bus to get too and from work or to school.
If I could give zero stars I would have.
Another company needs to take these over.

Buses on app say one time. But the bus never comes. ALWAYS INCONSISTENT, cannot trust this service at all. Wasted so many mornings and evenings 45 mins+ waiting for the bus.

The most disrespectful drivers! This bus takes a lot of time when I say a lot, I mean even an hour and even more on weekends. Now after it didn't come at 9:40 I waited another half an hour and after half an hour the bus came and the driver left saying that there are no drivers, that's all. worst company I do not recommend
