Not received my order EDITED. order arrived
EDIT: I received my order today 12th May almost a month after I ordered. The products are beautifully made and im so pleased they arrived. I will probably order from here again but ill just have to expect a very long lead time. I still have not heard from their customer service team. But there we go. I have changed the start rating to 3. Id love to out 4 but the customer service and long lead time has left a bitter taste. Next order i shall review again and hopefully award 5 stars.
I placed an order on the 18th April. It is the 11th of May and with a 1 week delivery lead time I still have not received my order. Their customer service is pretty poor. Most companies will get back to you within 24 hrs even if they tell you to allow 48 hrs. Unwind takes longer than 48 hrs and has been very unhelpful citing "global shipping delays", even though every other business seems to be managing. Meanwhile all the items I purchased are now out of stock so I'm assuming it is likely I will not get my order. Really quite disappointed. I dont give a lower score because the products themselves might be of very good quality but since I've not received them I cannot review.
