I am not satisfied with their behavior and i was the regular customer i bought my every shoe from here for my office use but this behavior is now making me look for other options.

I want under to call me so incna return my faulty shoes which are still boxed and get. A full refund including postage feee to be refunded

I bought a pair of TIMOTH long lasting Trainers ( not a great name ) the first pair both soles split within a matters of days , customer services replaced the pair with no trouble , great service , however the second pair did the same , 2 pairs between 16th of march 2026 and 29th march 2026 and now they will not replace or refund saying that there is no fault with the trainers .

I confirm that I have now received the £2.99 refund through my bank. While this is a small amount, it is the principle that matters.
A customer should never be left out of pocket, especially when the items received were faulty. Regardless of whether the amount is £1, £2.99, or £5, it is your responsibility as a company to ensure the customer is not financially impacted by your error. Your previous response stated that you had done everything within your policies, but clearly that was not the case.
I find it disappointing that I had to pursue this matter further for such a basic issue. Companies should take accountability rather than relying on policy limitations when the fault lies with the product provided.
Please also note that I have reported this matter to Trading Standards.
*BECAUSE you simply cannot SEND out faulty items & expect customers to cover it.*

My experience with unze was very bad. I am regular customer, this time I ordered 2 pair of shoes, expensive but quality was not good, stuff is hard. Contacted customer support and requested for free return label, but they didn’t agree and said you have to return on your own cost. I lost £5 pound for delivery and £5 for return with nothing in hand. I do not recommend to others as my experience was very bad lost £10 pounds.
They are a total fraud, they give no refund policy, they provide damaged clothes 99% of the time. If u want to shop then please dont shop here, do it on outfitters or any other trusted brand. Cause this is a total scam brand.
This company is completely fraudulent. They advertise a “lifetime refund” policy, but when you actually receive a damaged item and contact them, the experience is extremely disappointing.
First, they take a week or more to respond. After repeated follow-ups and arguments, they may finally agree to arrange a courier pickup. However, after that, everything is forgotten. No matter how many times you message them, they simply stop responding.
It has now been five months, and I am still chasing my refund. All I receive are automated replies, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
They only seem to follow proper procedures in countries where consumer protection laws are strict and enforced. In other regions (pakistan), they make customers feel helpless and frustrated. They repeatedly give the same generic responses and avoid taking responsibility.
When you try to leave an honest review, they report it to platforms claiming the domain does not match, and the review gets removed. This makes it even more concerning.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this brand.

Joining the long list of dissatisfied customers unfortunately. Ordered a size 11 and they are more like a 9 or 10. Quality looks ok for the price, but now trying to contact support for exchange there has been no response at all. Really poor customer service, better to go with a company with a better reputation. At 1st had a little issue with the staff, but the manager handled everything extremely well and professionally, making sure his customers left the shop happy and satisfied. The quality of shoes and clothes that I bought from there is excellent, and every time I wear the co-ord set, I've been complimented. Liked it so much I have bought all colours, not forgetting the 2 pairs of baggy jeans, super comfy and would recommend everyone to try them, guaranteed they won't be disappointed.
Very Disappointing Shopping Experience
I had a horrible experience shopping with Unze London. The shoe size I ordered did not match standard UK sizing at all. I only tried the shoes on at home, and it was immediately clear they didn't fit properly.
When I went back to the store to return them, I was met with insulting and very rude staff on 07/09/2025 at Ilford Exchange, who refused to accept the return, despite the store displaying a “lifetime return and exchange” policy everywhere. The attitude and service were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend Unze London based on this experience.

I received my order from Unze London two days ago, and unfortunately, the shoes arrived damaged. I was very disappointed to see visible defects, especially considering the brand’s reputation. It seems like the product wasn’t properly checked before dispatching.
I reached out to customer service, but the process is inconvenient, why i pay return delivery charges, even though the fault is clearly from their side.
This experience has really made me question the quality control and customer care of this brand. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Unze London unless you're okay with the risk of receiving damaged items and dealing with a slow and unfair exchange policy.

I ordered a pair of heels online from Unze London and wished to return them however had issues logging into my account. I emailed them, sent a message on the ‘contact us’ page, and sent a message on WhatsApp. I even tried to phone them but the number could not be recognised despite several attempts. I never received a response and am incredibly unimpressed with the customer service - I shall definitely not be buying from here again!

I ordered a pair of shoes online from Unze London and they sent me the defected pair.
After multiple tries to contact their customers service, no one responded responsibily.
I visited their stores 3 times and everytime they had different excuse. I had everything required to make return according to their Terms ,but they didn't get that pair back from me , I got a voice message from their representative that you can exchange or get refund from the store , I visited again and the store manager said , this voice message has no worth . I dropped the shoes their and came back.

Very bad shopping experience at Unze Pakistan Bahria Lahore outlet. Purchased a shoe but lost its receipt. However bar code is present at pack. Stitches got torn in one time use and then their bad custard started.after long wait on call centre, they gave a wrong email id and refused to help stating that they are not concerned department. Trying to contact with Unze Pak team since last three days and used all of their contacts on WhatsApp, email and messenger but no satisfactory reply so far, in fact they don’t bother. Not a reliable and recommended company so please be aware while purchasing, they will never own their quality issue and will never help you finding solution
