Stockholm: ena luren fungerar inte och laddas inte.
Copenhagen: fodralet går ej att ladda
Austin: väntar på att den ska sluta funka då det snart gått ett år.
Kommer inte köpa fler Urbanista trots att designen är bra.

1st Copenhagen 2 worked well but 2nd and 3rd would not pair with iPhone. Customer service by chat was not helpful [no phone help] and I suspected was a bot but not sure.

earbud stopped working after 45 days, no support from the company at all. They said 'speak to retailer' amazon said 'speak to seller' - totally ridiculous. AVOID.

I bought the Los Angeles headphones from this company. They look attractive, but overall the product is poorly designed.

The clamping force is excessive, causing discomfort after about 30 minutes of use. The headphones are also unnecessarily heavy, which further reduces comfort.

The solar charging feature is inefficient and does not significantly reduce the need for conventional charging.

The major issue is a structural design flaw in the headband (bridge). This component must repeatedly flex and absorb tensile and bending forces every time the headphones are put on or taken off. The material in this area needs sufficient elasticity and fatigue strength to withstand repeated stress. Instead, rigid components and additional mass (the solar hardware) are placed there, which concentrates stress and leads to premature structural failure. Mine broke in under a year.

Because of the poor mechanical design, comfort issues, and durability problems, I would not recommend this product.

J'ai acheter les urbanista Santiago vendu a action. Le mode silencieux est completement inutile mais surtout le tactile des ecouteurs est d'une sensibilité HORRIBLE il suffit d'un mouvement pour que le mode silencieux s'active et se désactive en ayant un message audio a chaque fois avec surtout plusieurs secondes d'interuption. J'avais pris les fresh and rebel au meme prix y a 2ans avant d'en perdre un et je les regrette

Köpte idag Urbanista Austin. Tyvärr så stöds produkten inte av appen. Det stora problemet är att lägsta volymen är alldeles för hög. När volymen från avstängt läge höjs med endast en tryckning på telefonens volymknapp så är volymen alldeles för hög. Verkligen tråkigt när det var en gåva till dottern.

Bought the Urbanista Los Angeles because of the solar battery charging. Before buying I went to see some reviews and saw people saying that they were tight, but I thought that could be from just being new and it would eventually be okay. Oh boy was I wrong been with them for months and use them practically every day and it still gives me headaches for using it for less than 2 hours. The purpose of my bought was because of the solar charging, that works pretty well and the battery lasts veryyy long, I can be like a week of using them daily and still have battery. The only problem is really the headaches

Har haft urbanista lurar av olika typer, med sladd o utan sladd. När det gäller ”kuddarna” så är dessa katastrof. Spricker eller flagnar sönder. Lite kostnad för tillverkaren att göra dessa bättre. Jag är färdig med detta märke

Allright sound and software wise, but awful buid quality. For this price you can find way better stuff in all aspects

I bought the Miami headphones from their 'Official' Amazon storefront, six months in the function button stops functioning. I reached out to get them fixed under warranty. Initially I waited 3 weeks for a reply, nothing. So I emailed again. This time they advised that as I bought it from Amazon it's not their duty to provide warranty. Thing is, it's their official storefront on Amazon. Urbanista are on the invoice as the seller. Anyway, Amazon refunded and I won't be purchasing Urbanista again in a hurry.

I ordered the Urbanista London earbuds. When it arrived, all that was in the box is the charger cord and the silicone inserts for the earbuds. There was no charger case and no earbuds! I have purchased these 2 times and have been pleased each time with my purchase, so I would just like to have my new ones. Thank you.

Not good at all. Very bad sound. Not worth the money.

Är på mitt tredje par Urbanista London eftersom de första två gick sönder nästan omgående. Fick nya på garantin båda gångerna men det var inte lätt då kundservice är nästan obefintlig.

Mina nuvarande är i alla fall fortfarande fungerande men knappt lönt att använda eftersom bluetooth fungerar så dåligt. De tappar kontakten hela tiden och blir avsynkade. Just nu försökte jag lyssna på musik men bara den vänstra hörluren fungerade. Jag tryckte på resetknappen och nu fungerar ingen av dem, och det går inte att synka. Troligen fungerar de igen om några timmar.

Ett ännu större problem är autoplay-funktionen som ska stänga av och starta media genom in-ear detection men som fungerar extremt dåligt och inte går att stänga av! All media stoppar och startar konstant hur man än gör. Musik är knappt att tänka på med de här lurarna för det blir ju ingen njutning när man hela tiden blir avbruten. Podcasts och annat får man nöja sig med, men även där är det extremt störande att behövs trycka på play flera gånger i minuten.

Kommer givetvis att välja en annan tillverkare vid nästa köp.

I have the Urbanista Palo Alto in-ear earphones, and they are horrible. This is just re-branded junk from China, honestly. I've had them for six months now, and experienced the following issues:
1. Every time you move year ears (e.g. during exercise) it pauses your music
2. One earphone doesn't connect well to the case, so it's often not charging or connecting when I take them out
3. Battery life is really bad, they don't even last me a day now. When it starts indicating that the battery is low, they usually die within 15 minutes, not giving me time to charge them.

Overall the qualify just feels poor. Sound is okay, but not great, same for the ANC. The multi-device pairing option is nice and works well, but overall for a 80 euro headphones they are extremely underwheling.

Bought two pairs of San Francisco wired earbuds. Both are non-functioning within 6 months.

Have had 2 pairs of over the ear headphones from Urbanista. First pair lasted about 2 years before the headband just cracked and broke. I really liked them, so I replaced them with the same, as I like the self-charging aspect. Unfortunately second pair lasted just less than 2 years before they packed up. Kept switching themselves off and became really crackly, to now be unusable.

Maybe I'm expecting too much, and they should only last 2 years, but they aren't that cheap. With more solar powered ones on the market, I'll try a different brand.

Absolutely its the best headset i have ever tried it ( Los Angeles) and the customer care is so great i never had such good experience i highly recommend it it worth it each penny u pay , my headphones got broken and they sent me the new pair replacement with 0 charge in fews days only
