Very unprofessional experience with Urban Money, especially with their agent Sharoon Shamas Javaid. He does not keep his word and delays everything until the last minute. I transferred money for the property evaluation immediately when asked, but he failed to follow up properly, and the process kept being postponed day after day. Excuses like “stuck in traffic” were given, and I was informed of issues only hours after they happened.

On top of that, he isn’t sharing any documents he claims to have submitted to ADIB on my behalf — even though I haven’t signed anything. This is highly untrustworthy behavior and shows a lack of professionalism. Urban Money, represented by this agent, feels like a company that just talks “words in the air” without real actions.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

The Urban Money team talks to me impersonating bank officers and keeps me in the dark about the entire process. Not ethical people and will not recommend anyone to work with them. Imagine a team that can impersonate a bank officer and see what they can do.

They will hack your picture and contact and will call you 1000 call per day and will irritate you and will force you to do suicide and blackmail you
