Hello,
I am really sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't good. I have looked into this matter for you and can see we had corresponded with your emails, I do acknowledge that our systems had gone down for a short period which was why we hadn't corresponded initially, I can assure you this does not occur often and was due to an improvement we made and had not expected this to happen.
We did arrange for another item to be sent out to you as your first item had not arrived, which unfortunately can happen from time to time, items go missing in transit.
We sent over a tracking number for the second delivery and from checking on royal mail this was delivered.
If this is not the case please get in touch and we will sort this out for you
Kindest Regards

tax and shipping fee.
Dear sirs,
although many time kindly ask you, why i am supposed to pay TAX as i Turkish citizen and live Turkey , moreover you send it as export to foreing country, still continue to debit me with your domestic tax, as well as get me paid very high shipping cost for a few 100 gr. package to Turkey.
thanks

Fantastic Prices and Very Efficient Company
Ordered an Animal wheeled holdall and the price was easily the best on the internet with free postage and packing too! I wanted the holdall delivered with a delay of a couple of weeks and the bag arrived exactly the day I requested. An email came in good time to state the hour of delivery and everything was as it should be.
I would have no reservations recommending this company - easily a five star service.
