I ordered the spectacles that are supposed to be multifocal, it is rubbish, just gives me severe headache and they are now not responding to email complaints, have sent 3 mails and still absolutely no reply and I did respond within their required period as they had advertised but nothing, just a bunch of scammed, criminals, am now busy with an official complaint at the ombudsman
Stay far away from this company. Two months later and I still did not get my order. They are ignoring my emails. They are scammers and take as much money as they can, delivering to a few people and hope the rest will disappear. I am now busy with the Ombudsman. Companies like this should not be able to do business in South Africa.

Ordered the Magnesium Pro glasses. I only gave 2 stars because my order finally arrived. Absolutely zero difference in vision and do not adapt to sunlight. If I had looked for reviews on this company and seen the many bad reviews I would never have ordered.
Was not satisfied with product and requested return.To date,3 weeks passed and no response to multiple requests.Are they scamming?The so called Smart Glasses don't work,no difference in sunlight.
Ordered 9000w solar street lamp as advertised. Tried to contact them to find out if order had been dispatched with no luck. No response to any emails.
After several weeks the incorrect order arrived, a small solar light for a fraction of the cost. Checked on Takealot, can purchase 4 of these small lights for half the price I paid.
Sent email thereafter to query order received with no response.

Yes I have ordered the glasses and paid for them on the 25th of March2026 it now the 9th of April 2026 and I am still waiting for my order, this company doesn't give you any updates or any notification on where your order is this is why I think this company is a scam all they do is take your money from pensioners and run as you don't get your order, they are very unreliable, when I buy from TEMU at least I get my tracking number and it is very easy to follow, you go in and you get to track them to where your order is and they also let you know on WhatsApp and the day you get your order, so this is the first time and the last time I will ever buy from URB & GEAR ever again as on there buying site there is no following updates on there site, useless company that I have ever have bought from, by the time I get anything from them I will most probably be dead as there is no communication from the time you have brought anything from them.
This company is to supply their clients a email that the clients can easily contact them after they've ordered their products, write now since i order the reading classes from them.Now i want to do the follow up but i can't get hold of them
