Exactly what I expected and arrived within time frame scheduled. Will definitely order from this co.pany again

It took a bit longer to receive my purchases, but once they arrived I was pleased with the quality and look of the garments.

I received the dresses rather quickly. One dress did not seem to match what was shown online, but other than that the dresses were nice

I ordered a few tops. The material for most is very cheap quality. They took forever to arrive. There was only one that worked. Their site says you need a form in order to return items and there is a 30 day window. I have been trying to get the form for over a week. All I get are emails back from their service department offering me a fraction of what I paid and I can keep the clothes . They won’t send a form. I don’t want the clothes I just want a refund.

Bad customer service. The shirt was poor quality and did not fit. When I requested to return it, I was offered $6 if I would keep it. As of this writing, they have not agreed to refund my money or give me instructions on how to return. Beware this company.
Update: after several back and forth emails, they offered me a $23 refund, which was roughly half the cost of the shirt. They also indicated that the return address is in Dubai. I reluctantly accepted the $23 refund, as it would have cost quite a bit to ship to Dubai.
Just beware of this company.

The tops were great. Material is easy to care for.

bought item style 818359 medium never receive it

I have learned about your sizing and will order the appropriate size in the future. My returns were not a problem and your service is fantastic and I am very pleased with the service that I received. I will definitely be ordering from you again.

The clothes look great but my complaint is that it took over 2 months to receive!

Just as pictured, very nice!! Thank you

The clothes are cheap and you can see through them. The XL white long white shirt and it is cheaply made see through and two small for me to even button. i learned my lesson and i will never order from this company, sure clothes were made inChina, The white shirt cost me 38.99 and thats money down the drain as there was information how to return.

Feels really comfortable great fit lots of compliments

Quality is excellent sizes are true to size shipment came in packed very well. Shipment was on time before Christmas. Extremely happy with the company will shop here again.

The size was true!! The colors not quite so vivid, but pretty and very comfortable.
It did take 4 weeks for delivery as well but good communication with me.

Order came quickly and I love the jacket!

I ordered three items! I love the two dresses I bought bought the blouse runs small. I’ll be gifting it to someone on my gift-giving list!

I need to return 2 items. How do I get the return code?

Do not order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a shirt, was set two and charged for two. Quality inferior. No paperwork sent with order and the return address listed on the package is a vacant building in Ca. For returns they said to go to service department which leads nowhere. I have disputed the charge on my credit card. Complete sam artists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
