Another bargain in the sale great quality & name as described 👌 delivery better next day wont use normal as stuff never arrived 1st time i ordered and they gave me cash back but no use to me, will definitely be ordering again

Not gonna lie, I got charged twice for the same order, to be real, which wasted a good 20 minutes of my time! Not impressed!

Was easy to order, kept informed throughout and everything arrived quicker than expected. So far seems good quality

Excellent service and quick delivery service

So I ordered an item, within few minutes I realised the order was going to my old address, I cancelled the order right away plus sent an email asking for change of address or cancellation. So you ship the order two days later anyway. Makes no sense and is bad customer service. Like your products but will not buy from you again as you sent my order to an address I have no access to. Even though I cancelled

Poor as I ordered clothes next day delivery within the time scale and still not delivered

I paid for next day delivery and it did not arrive. Cant get hold of customer service to be reimbursed delivery cost

It was ok. It would be fantastic if I could view what I bought. I buy so much stuff that I have no recollection of what I have actually bought from you!

Perfect, good product, the shipping was fast.

Terrible service, clothes were all cheap/bad quality or didn't fit, then their customer services don't answer emails as their returns page isn't allowing me to return one of the items. Says it came from a brand partner, which it didn't. Shame as with 'Frasers', USC isn't how it was.

Ordered sport shoes didn’t realise £5 was added for delivery but thought hey hec done it now took ages to receive tried them on and wasn’t happy with them so decided to return and guess what £5 to pay for return what a hassle £10:00 to pay for inconvenience NEVER AGAIN

I recently paid £4.50 delivery fee for a pair of shoes that were £20 in the sale. Having just received them, they’re too big, look horribly cheap and the way they were packaged is appalling. I now have to pay another £4.99 to send them back. So that would be £10 delivery altogether, for a £20 pair of shoes. Not impressed and will not be buying from here again. Will sell them on Vinted.

My parcel arrived late after paying £10 next day delivery. Also was delivered but not to my house. Now can’t find it and none of my neighbours have it. Very disappointing as this was a birthday present t for my partner

Charge £10 for next day delivery with evri yet dont deliver next day even though you sent me emails to say its been shipped.
