Used Cars NI Reviews

Great details and photographs of my potential car displayed on the site. I made e mail contact with dealer and immediately had friendly follow up offering me a poor valuation for my old car. When I enquired on a possible increase in valuation I was told that was book price for it and advised I may get more if I sold it myself. I decided to go this route and successfully offloaded my old car a few days later and the dealer offered me a small reduction on their selling price due to a cash sale.

I looked numerous times on this site and found more than enough cars to select from and could contact the dealers at any time of the day

My experience was very good thanks to a responsive website with helpful staff. I do think that the VRT is a money racket though but that is the Irish government's fault, not yours.

I find that prices quoted are pretty accurate to want sellers want.

After trying to trade car in which is in great order, i find most dealers offer the lowest on scale. Is this typical of most car dealers?

Agnew remedied a prob we had met in purchasing and found us the perfect car for our needs. Excellent customer service provided.

Information on cars was to the point. If I'm searching for a car, I'm not interested in sales babble. The tech spec feedback is good.
Good range of images and very good follow-up.

Thanks to Stefan for his help in choosing my sons first car. Everything went through very easily. Serviced the car and put a years mot on the car so we got piece of mind. Very professional service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend

Decent system in terms of usability, features etc. I've used it twice (to sell 2 cars), but to be honest I've had a lot more interest (leads and inquiries) through Gumtree. In fact I sold both cars for free via Gumtree. Therefore, in my experience, Used Cars NI has not been worth the price.

Very good sales service -jonny very good. Very attentive and helpful. Car lovely. However, the cars computer needs reset and despite calling, have yet to get a satisfactory response 2weeks later.

Found page useful and got the car I was looking for

Site is relatively good with good information and photos only drawback that I found on different smartphones and computers was that it can be slow to navigate at times

Rang the company as I was due over in Belfast for a visit, the Lady was kind enough to ring me back, to make an appointment to view the vehicle. No pressure to purchase and all has gone well with the sale.

Found the van that suits me, dealership phoned me back and was completely honest

Good choice of quality used cars in my local area successfully bought new car AND sold my old one within a few hours of advertising.

Good site for buying a car
with lots of makes and models
have got my last three cars from
this site

A great site, automatically generates information about the car including number of previous keepers.

Paid for car to have GuardX applied. It wasn’t done on the interior or on external paintwork. Door sills and tail gate on boot where not cleaned. Follow up afterwards was a let down, Salesman had not a loan car ready for me and had obviously forgotten I was arriving with my vehicle to have it valeted and have the guardx application done. Left feeling that once you’ve paid your money you don’t matter.

Does anyone know a surname for Adam of Adam's Cars, previously of Autovogue Cars NI in Portadown?
