I was given an Ultimate Choice for Two one - over 70 experiences to choose. 95% of them of no interest to me and many of the best were at the other end of the country.
Most of the experiences cost far less than the voucher cost, e.g. like basic entry to Warwick Castle
In the end I never used it.
I feel annoyed that a family member spent so much on it.

I got bought this voucher for my 30th birthday last year unfortunately it doesn't state expiry until you open and look on the back of the voucher so now I can't even use it to which I am deeply saddened as my friend obviously went to expense to buy this for me. I am shocked as most vouchers of this nature give you around a year! NEVER will I recommend a usemygift voucher.

what an absolute waste of money,please put these people out of business.By not purchasing with them how many people recieved this gift for xmas but had already expired.CRAP

Worst website ever! Chip place for the London Afternoon Teas experience and only two in all London. It's a bargain! Also, the chat replies to you in two days time. It's ridiculous!

Having been given a gift voucher for the Summer Concerts Experience we were deciding which one to choose this year.
But we cannot find dates of the events and until we know when they are how can we book anything.
I find the whole experience very frustrating as this is key information so why not provide it.
I wouldn’t give this to anyone as it clearly isn’t usable in its current form.

ALMOST USELESS VOUCHER , have tried to use a car driving voucher but comes back as full , really difficult to rearrange , they wont even tell you when is free , just say rebook and they will let you know , will never use them again , waste of my daughters money

What a rip off registered our afternoon tea vouchers but then it could not be used by patisserie Valerie anymore,so went back to book in Wiltshire only then to be told it was out of date as it should have been used by 1st Dec as it was a Christmas present thought it would have run out this Christmas no such luck! What a ripoff as two were purchased so both wasted lesson in there dont purchase,just finishes this year off after two family bereavements and a hip operation still rules are rules I soppose but we live and learn a bit late in this case

Do not waste your money buying a gift from this company. You would be so much better off gifting cash which has no expiration or limitations. 10 days late in registering our voucher and it is now completely void. Customer Service were unable to provide assistance. Avoid.

Having looked into this, your voucher expired on 1st December 2018. As this expiry date is now over our grace period, it is with regret that I inform you that this voucher is now void and is unable to be validated, booked or extended. I am very sorry if this has caused any disappointment Natasha.

It does state in our terms and conditions that your voucher needs to be validated , booked and taken by your expiry date and as it hasn't been validated prior to its expiry date we cannot process an extension on this either, this voucher is no longer valid on our system I am very sorry.

I can understand what you are saying however our system physically cannot validate not extend your voucher as it wasn't validated by the 1st December. I am very sorry you feel this way Natasha, I hope you have a lovely day too.

What an inconsiderate company. Experience gift purchased mid August 18 ran out 1st December 18. A quality company myhotelbreak managed to get us a weeks extension to have a two night away break but due to illness we could not go. even the hotel were considerate and did not charge the use my gift company. Now we have no gift !!! this was a 70th birthday present from mt daughter. I have never known such a short stupid gift period and would recommend any future purchaser to steer well clear of this company , They don't even respond to Emails. To add insult to injury they have a policy of extending the experience voucher for six months, guess what £20. A rip off.
