Great result in the end but I felt very pressured. I missed a work call and was late for a meeting because I was dealing with the process. I would say I didn't have time right now but I was persuaded to stay on the call

Great service and prices from Utility Savers
I have been extremely happy with Utility Savers - they have secured my energy contracts for a few years now and have always obtained the best prices. I have always dealt with Ryan, who is friendly and helpful to deal with, taking time to explain any questions. If he can secure lower prices after initially securing our contract he always gets in touch to offer us the lower prices.

Excellent service from Ben Parker when arranging 2 year fixed term for both Gas and Electric. Rates were very competitive, especially Standard Charge day rates, down from £2 to 48p!

Very pushy person on the phone claiming…
Very pushy person on the phone claiming to be calling from EDF. Said we have to renew by 1pm today or otherwise we will be put on the highest tariff for the next three years. The rates he gave very very high as I already use another broker. I cannot believe the high ratings they are getting on TRUST PILOT as doing a simple search comes with all the negative experiences of people with Utility Savers. Goes to show you need to do your own research rather than going by reviews.

Donna at Utility savers has been brilliant. Always goes the extra mile, very helpful, patient and always on hand to assist with our renewals. We had a small issue with the contract renewals of one of the meters on site and she was on hand, holding on the call for almost an hour whilst the contract was being confirmed with the supplier. Would definitely recommend to assist with your renewals.
