Ottima esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista. Prima ho contattato il Servizio Clienti per avere un’informazione su una calzatura, ottenendo una risposta in tempi brevissimi. Ho dunque acquistato la scarpa che mi è arrivata anche questa in tempi brevissimi. Il prodotto è ottimo corrispondente alla descrizione e pure con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: sono molto soddisfatta!

È andato tutto per il meglio.
Unico neo che la scarpa mi ha creato una ferita al piede ma credo quello dipenda dal fatto che si tratta di cuoio .
L ho portata al calzolaio, vediamo come riesce ad aiutarmi.

The sandals are exactly what I hoped they would be. The leather is gorgeous, beautiful color, well made, and very comfortable.
My order shipped quickly, and arrived in good time to the U.S.
I did have to pay additional cost of import tax, but that is certainly not the fault of the store.
I could not be more pleased!

I live in the US and absolutely love Italian-made shoes and was delighted to find this store online. I wasn’t certain which size to order (my normal US size is 7.5 and have shoes that are both EU sizes 37 and 38). I messaged the WhatsApp number on the website and someone from the store responded quickly and helped me decide which size to order. I ordered 2 pairs of beautiful sandals and received them in the US 3 days later!! I really appreciate the excellent customer service and I love the sandals. Thank you so much! 😊
