They do not deserve 1 star

They do not deserve 1 star, a terrible company and customer service and experience We lease 5 vans with alleged maintenance contract. Van go into limp mode forcing drivers off road and to book service. Can never get a service booked takes weeks, they hire a car to you for 7 days and then its tough luck, no van!!!!!!!!!!

Ben Haghi and Muheed Ali have been…

Ben Haghi and Muheed Ali have been super helpful in helping me make my mind up about my new lease contract. I’ve leased with Vanarama for nearly three years now and, was initially a bit apprehensive about entering a new lease agreement. Ben and Muheed quickly put me at ease though and reassured me with their great salesmanship and advisory skill sets. I was clearly informed of my options and, my questions were answered informatively.

In the end, I felt comfortable with the decision I made and I hope they are acknowledged for their great salesmanship after helping me secure my new lease.

After being knocked back by two lenders…

After being knocked back by two lenders the call handlers were persistent and eventually got accepted third time lucky by a lender, can’t thank them enough they were brilliant

Completely Disorganised – Weeks of Delays and No Confirmed Delivery Date

They kept me waiting for more than six weeks, constantly pushing the delivery date back without ever providing a single confirmed or reliable date. It was all vague promises with zero transparency. In the end, they still couldn’t give me a definite delivery date, and I had no choice but to cancel my contract.
This whole process was a complete waste of my time and energy. If you’re looking for a leasing company that is reliable, organised and honest, this is definitely not the one. My experience was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them.

A+ service, so helpful and professional

We rang up with a basic enquiry to get a quote, and our account manager, Aruni, was just so knowledgable, professional, and understanding, she understood fully what we wanted, gave us several options, then explained everything in full to us, giving us time to go away and talk things through, before we went back and got the full quote and order put on within hours
So painless, guided us the whole way, magnificent service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, nice quick turn-around (6 days from 1st enquiry to order confirmation). A little bit of confusion over an expired ID and whether it was actually required, but resolved quickly.

I should have had my vehicle six days…

I should have had my vehicle six days ago from Vanarama, the van arrived dirty and with 300 miles on the odometer. As is my right, I refused the vehicle and it returned.
I asked for my case to be escalated, Karen was supposed to call ? 6 hours later , Karen called , asking if I could take photographs of the vehicle, I advised this was impossible as the vehicle was on its way back , probably adding a further 300 miles to the clock.
I have contacted Vanarama now a number of times, without anyone knowing what is going on ? Karen, is either unwell, at lunch or left early this afternoon?

Someone at Vanarama could call me to inform me of what is going on ? They don’t. No excuse for not calling me.
Karen from Vanarama has just called and offered to deliver a new vehicle which again will be dirty and have approximately 300 miles on the clock !! Surely a second hand vehicle with this delivery mileage ?

We are sorry to hear your vehicle was delivered dirty and appreciate this took away the excitement from your new car experience.

Regarding the delivery process, Vanarama do not arrange this with the delivery agents and therefore are not responsible for the transportation of vehicles. That being said, all of the dealerships we work alongside arrange for vehicles to be driven to our customers, which results in vehicle accruing mileage. This does not affect customers contracted mileage and is noted down on the delivery note/handover.

As you had rejected the vehicle before Karen had spoken with you, sadly she was unable to resolve this to your satisfaction.
