Y'all Cancelled my order and claimed sent an email advising me... No email received. Not too happy about that one....

Great company; fast service, decent prices. Only complaint is that they seem to sell out of several brands/flavors and .03 nicotine.
In addition, it would be great if the regular eJuice and the Nic Salts on separate menus.

Service was good only thing I have grief about is I ordered some juice and 10 min later realized I needed a battery charger and had to pay $6.00 for shipping twice when it could have went in one box just saying

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I’ve ordered several several times from you and when an order gets shipped to the wrong address, you refuse to help in any way. We will not be ordering from you again.

Clown e juice crush taste better than any citrus e juice tangerine is spot on got it from vape deal.com ordered it had it 3days try the clown ejuice and vapedeal they have the fastest shipping and great customer service I've ever seen

This charger blows my Efest out of the water as I don't think the Efest charger fully charged my 18650's. When charging with the D4 the batteries seem to last way longer.

I ordered 2 bottles of vape juice.
I’m thoroughly enjoying the one I did receive (GILF - Ruth) hence the 2 stars.
BUT my package only showed up with ONE of the TWO bottles I ordered. No receipt or notice inside, and I didn’t get an email to let me know anything about the second bottle or when it would show. I had to email customer support and only then was I told that the item was out of stock (apparently the online inventory was off). I didn’t have any sort of choice in the outcome, they issued me a refund, which I guess is okay, but I would have rather a store credit to order another item. Now I have to pay shipping all over again. I didn’t like that the communication just wasn’t there. The response from customer service was brief and there was no apology for the inconvenience. Just the statement “the item you ordered was out of stock and so a refund will be posted to your original payment method”.
It’s not that they didn’t resolve my issue, I just expected a higher level of customer service. There was just no show of empathy and the tone was missing the enthusiasm that is typically expected of customer service when you are inconvenienced.

This company blew me away with customer experience. I know that not every order can happen like mine but I ordered mine at 5:47 p.m. and they made sure my package was in the mail and accepted by USPS that evening without me asking for special privileges. That is going the extra mile to care about every single individual customer! I will stay loyal to this company through the good and the bad after a situation like that! Super competitive pricing as well. Completely blown away!
