Vapeology first opened in 2014 by owner Matthew Abercrombie. His mission was to find an alternative to smoking and to help as many people as possible quit by switching to vaping. In the early days, the media gave it a bad name, but as more testing by physicians has come about, like the Royal College of Physicians and being endorsed by the NHS, Vaping has come a long way in being the best cessation for quitting smoking. Vapeology has expanded massively, and due to customer support, we moved to a bigger store in 2019. We pride ourselves on our customer service and wouldn't be where we are today without our customers. The reviews we receive are truly heartwarming and fuel us to better ourselves every day. Thank you for all the reviews and support along the way. The vapeology family is forever growing.

I wasn't happy that my order arrived a day late, I ordered before 12 and expected ne t day delivery. This didn't happen.

But I will happily refund the cost of next-day shipping for the inconvenience.

Friendly and helpful staff, with beautiful new shop.
Entered the amazing new shop location today, and what a beaut it is! Without even mentioning the array of products they have, the new fit is stunning, with inviting relaxed decor, and freindly smiles from the staff, and even met the owner. They are all very approachable and are very knowledgeable about all thier products. Giving advice on what you want, rather than just selling products. Very helpful, friendly cheery team.
