Just left Vaya after several years as I cannot log into my account online to manage it - one of their reps told me that it has been impossible to do so for at least 8 months due to a "small" problem with their website and that their IT people were working on it and hoped to have it fixed soon - not sure how many years this means as it hasn't been fixed in 8 months! ANOTHER ONCE GOOD COMPANY NOW BOUGHT OUT BY ANOTHER AND SERVICE HAS DISAPPEARED.

Before amaysim took over Jeenee telecommunications and renamed the service Vaya, it was terrific. It was a service designed to help people with disabilities connected cheaply and easily.
Since the Vaya rebrand, i have had so many issues trying to administer my 3 young adult, disabled kids’ accounts. From Apps that don’t work, messages and emails that are not answered, logins that don’t work, call centre operators who are not able to communicate in English and will not give assistance, to a credit department that does not accept numerous requests to close accounts but instead continues to apply hundreds of dollars in unrequested charges with a message that if I wish to ‘update’ accounts I need to do it via login that doesn’t work in an app that doesn’t work because of their ‘3 level security’ (which has previously included unrequested emails with links to ‘offers’ … so yeah they really care about security!)
This is is dodgy brand and deserves to be abandoned.

I had a data sim service with Jeenee mobile which I was advised was going to terminate on 30th Jan due to them changing to Vaya, I was offered a service from Amaysym (a sister company) to replace my Jeenee service and told this was all that had to be done. My current service did not terminate as advised but instead was going to be moved to Vaya without my consent or informing me of this. Had I not called and queried my service not terminating as advised on the 30th I would have been moved and billed by Vaya ontop of the new service they got me to sign up with Amaysym. The person I spoke with them tried to blame me or Amaysym for their incompetence and straight up lied about the communication they provided about this. Do not go near them! They have been reported to the Australian ACCC for this con to try and stealthily get you paying for 2 services.
