I accidentally purchased a slightly different model of speaker stand, and the return process was extremely disappointing.

Customer support was unhelpful and difficult to communicate with, and I ended up paying 20 Euros to return the item—which they claim was never received.

I then had to purchase the correct item separately. Communication barriers made the whole process even more frustrating, and overall it felt very poorly managed. They should focus on improving international customer service before expanding beyond their local market.

As for the product itself, its main appeal was being a cheaper alternative to branded speaker stands. Unfortunately, with the added return costs, double purchase, and wasted time, any savings were completely lost.

Stands for Sony speakers are good quality. Arrived within a few days of ordering. Pleased with purchase. Did not have to pay any extra on delivery.

I placed an order and was aware that the company was Dutch, After 10 days of no delivery , I contacted them to see what was happening. They said they had asked DPD to ‘restart the delivery process.

After another day, I contacted vebos and had no response, so I called DPD directly.

DPD told me the package didn’t have the correct paperwork, so it was returned to sender. This was INCORRECT information from DPD... They hadn't done this, unfortunately I believed DPD over the seller...

Updated: DPD were at fault (first time ever), and Vebos were telling the truth.

So Stands are fantastic for the price. I didn't have to pay duty and I'm very happy.

My only comment is that I went for 1m tall stands, which are out of the way. If you are thinking of having these in any way out in the open, I would look to fix them to the floor or get something with a heavier base. But to repeat for the price they are PERFECT!

Business with this company is easy from this web site. They are based in The Netherlands, so if you are in the UK you have to import any goods with the commensurate delays because of customs etc. This is because of Brexit, goods no longer flow easily around Europe.

I was initially, wrongly, under the impression this was a UK company but, to be fair, they do make it clear on this web site they are Dutch. I did have a difficult e-mail exchange with the company until I realised that this company had despatched my goods quickly but the courier then had the complexities of customs to navigate.

The speaker stands I ordered are well made, easy to assemble and look great in my lounge. They are also very reasonably priced which is more than can be said for other companies offering similar speaker stands.

I would order from this company again, they are actually very good.
