DO NOT buy a Velia ring.. I was really really hopeful that it would be better than the Oura, but it's not, at all.

If you want to think about charging your ring on a daily basis, have constant connection issues with the app, inaccurate step counts and sleep time.. then this ring is for you! I can only imagine how inaccurate the Blood Pressure monitor is.. especially since it doesnt appear to compare the numbers to anything that's visible to you in the app..
The only nice thing about the velia ring is the way it feels on your finger.. because of it's size, it's less sweaty, less constricting, and feels/looks nicer than Oura. But I regret investing in the Velia ring.. I was backer 900 something, and I am just SO filled with regret and anger.. I genuinely hate my Velia ring. Regret, regret, regret..

I'm disabled, so I don't have the funds to waste on useless health tools, and I cant get a refund because I opened the package.. Infuriating.

I gave it 2 stars since it looks and feels nice.. but that's the only "good".

Redesign of the App has made a massive difference

What a massive disappointment. After waiting close to 2 years to receive the ring (I bought it on Indiegogo), the ring was finally released with very limited sizes available. When I received the ring, it looked great and is indeed light but the benefits stop there. The app is not clear, most of the time doesn't synch and requires to the link to be rebooted and the ring to be on the charger. The worst feature though is the battery life lasting between 12 and 24 hours.
Customer service is practically non-existent. They take a week to respond and then don't actually respond to your inquiry or fix/address any of the issues.

They basically stole my money as they can't produce the product and won't refund my money even after being a year late and not able to provide any sort of ETA (as to when they will even produce the smart ring size originally promised). This makes the companies morals seem very dubious. I now own a RingConn Pro ring which I'm happy with.

Charger stopped working after just a few months - ring now totally unusable. I’ve sent several emails and had no response at all.

Recibí mis anillos hace una semana después de más de dos años de espera. Son completamente inútiles, pierden contacto y no se actualizan automáticamente. Recomiendo a quienes estén pensando en invertir en un anillo inteligente que elijan otra marca.

I got my rings a week ago after over 2 years of waiting. They are completely useless, they lose contact and don't update to new values automatically. I would recommend to those of you who are thinking of investing in a smart ring to choose a different brand.

Empty promises and never a result. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Scam company.
