Mai più con Verti . La peggior assicurazione in assoluto. Incidente Agosto 2025 con apertura fascicolo penale aperto. Tutela legale acquistata ma quando c è stato bisogno una piccola clausola ultime pagine set informativo la esclude per sinistri gestiti con indennizzo diretto. Assistenza telefonica assente. Aprile inviato archiviazione penale insita medico legale ma da allora nessuna comunicazione . Tefefonate alla liquidatrice tutti i giorni. E-mail lettere di reclamo tutto dal mio avvocato. Oggi 23 luglio niente.

In data 4 ottobre ho acquistato online una polizza assicurativa moto, dopo una telefonata per avere spiegazioni sul contratto e sul fatto che il modello di moto era errato, si è deciso di annullare la polizza. Mi è stato inviato un foglio per chiedere l’annullamento della stessa.
in data 11 ottobre mi è arrivata email che la polizza era stata annullata inviandomi comunicazione: “Con la presente appendice, si conviene tra le parti che la polizza ….è da considerarsi cancellata con effetto dalle ore 24.00 del 11 novembre 2025 a seguito di cancellazione polizza, così come previsto dal Set Informativo.
Per effetto di quanto sopra si procede al rimborso di € 464,41”…
A ME IL RIMBORSO ANCORA NON È ARRIVATO!! Non doveva essere contestuale all’annullamento?
Siamo al 15 ottobre ancora nessun rimborso..a pagare si deve fare immediatamente mentre per rimborsare altro che tartarughe!!🐢

This was my very FIRST experience getting car insurance on my own. I had been on my parents company through Geico since I was 16. Denise B. was incredible to work with. She communicated effectively throughout the process. I appreciated her honesty, transparency and straight forward approach. Denise eased my anxiety. At no time did I feel "pushed" into choosing Verti. A price I could afford for a great policy, too.

Great prices can't find any better. Little hard to get a hold of somebody depending on the time you call.

Quick and easy process to setup new car insurance!

The rep Mr. Santiago explains my options and gave me the best possible fit for me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I'm seriously so grateful. My insurance went from 280 to 160. That was such a blessing. Also knowing I have accident forgiveness keeps me worry free. No one should be punished for someone else hitting their vehicle. Thank you for the opportunity to have an insurance company that's not ripping me off! Thank you!!!!

Just got it one week ago

The beginning started out well after 6-7 months they started raising my rates. A year later I’m paying more than I was before I left my old insurance company. Then my son buys his own car and gets his own insurance and they raise my insurance an addition $210.00. That’s enough for me see ya later Verti, going back to the big name insurance companies for less money. By the way if you need to speak to someone on the phone good luck it only happens when you start a NEW policy.

The representative was very helpful and sensitive to my needs. I am disabled and on a fixed income and she was able to get me a policy that is more affordable.

I love verti, there on things so fast and when you need someone there always there, plus there prices you can’t beat!!

Wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone, the polite talk and concern was there but not the walk that goes with it

Everything was great! Even referred friends and family. Psyment came out of my checking account twice. Emailed agent I worked with regarding this. Never received a response. Five stars would have been given, but if I communicate with you, reply back.
