Poor customer service
All would have been good except I got sent a new customer discount voucher and it wouldn’t work then when I emailed to ask about it no one replied. Actual product is nice.
Update: just got a refund for the discount amount as a response which is good, tech issues rather than unhelpful company I guess!

Hi Sarah,
I'm sorry the code didn't work for, it does and has worked for other customers previously. It must have been a temporary technical issue
I didn't receive your email though. I have checked my spam folder just in case and couldn't find it. Can you check that you sent it to hello@verycraftea.co.uk please?
You can always contact me on instantly on Facebook or Instagram if you don't receive a reply straight away from email. I do pride myself on high levels of customer service and response time
I'm going to refund you the 10% saving that you should have received when placing your order now.
Apologies again for this
Tas

Such wonderful service from a very friendly company. I know that the products are great quality whenever I order from Very Craftea and that there won’t be an excess of waste accompanying the product.

Absolutely fabulous teas
Absolutely fabulous teas. I have enjoyed all samples and will be ordering more. I’ve given up coffee this year so finding nice teas has made this so much easier.
