Diabetic cat
After learning that our 7 year old cat was diabetic, I did not want to do shots. I researched Dia-Ionx and felt it would be safe to try. After ten days I see some improvement in our beloved cat, so hope that this
will continue. He seems to feel fine, just drinking a little too much water and urinating more than normal. I also learned that diabetic older
animals do best with more frequent small meals so we split his meals in half now. We had already cut down on the amount of food. So far so
good!

I have only been using this for about 5 days but it looks like it is helping my big boy. We have a giant Bernese Mountain dog 4 years old and he is starting to get some joint discomfort. I will keep you posted.

Good, not strong enough though...
I have a Frenchie that had major skin problems "Dermatitis". She was miserable, poor thing, constantly skooting around on her bottom, scratching to the point of blood & licking her skin raw. I ordered this product online and really hoped that it would cure her symptoms, unfortunatley after using two bottles her symptoms were still present. It worked to a certain extent, but I ended up having to give in and take her to the vet for more effective medications. She is now itch free and is doing great, I would recommend this product to animals with mild symptoms. Not so much for severe symptoms.

We are sorry to hear that our product did not provide full relief from Bella's symptoms. We do show that your order shipped out the beginning of the month. You mentioned already using two bottles, which causes us to think how the product was being used. Derma-Ionx is an internal medicine but can be used a couple times a day externally with the included spray bottle for added relief. When the product is taken internally, which is determined by weight, it still can take time to build up in the system before the body can respond effectively. One bottle should be a 30 day supply for pets up to 90 pounds, when only given internally, which is why we are curious to know how you were giving the product to Bella.
In the end though, we do understand that you have to do what is best for your pet and we are glad to hear that Bella's condition is improving. Your order is currently eligible under our return policy if you would like to take advantage of that (expires April 28,2017).

rated as 3 as I don't have much success to say as good or bad product Honestly cannot get kitty to drink with water with the additive and I thought the add said a spray bottle was included but it was not SO may have to return as we cannot him to take the potion... his coat is improving as we stopped a prior grain free food and am using vitamin e on the dry patches.

We do show that the order was recently purchased and give the nature of our products, it is very likely that enough time has not been given for the body to begin responding. With homeopathic products, it can take time to build up the system, which is why we do ask that our customers try our product for at least 30 days. If you are having trouble mixing the product in food, you can mix that in with their food as well if you wanted to give that a try.

Disappointed
Already half way through our second bottle of four and see NO results. We have an eight year old English Sheepdog that in February 2017 got cataracts probably caused from diabetes. March 14th, he is now completely blind. I know your product could not have prevented any of this, but he still drinks 3 times more water than before. Requested a reference number from your service department but received NO response.

We are sorry to hear that your dog Barton has not yet responded to our product. While you are correct, our product is not a cure for diabetes and would not have prevented the progression of cataracts, it has only been formulated to help relieve and maintain relief from the symptoms when taken as directed. Was Barton on any other medications? Did you discontinue insulin (if prescribed) when starting our product? Was this given in water or food? If it was in water, was the water being consumed right away or did that sit in the bowl all day?
Unfortunately, what may work for one pet may not work for another, and that is the case with any medicine or natural supplement. We have sent an email in regards to this order since you are not seeing any improvements. You may also contact our call center directly for assistance as well.

UTI help for tinkibelle
Excellent product. My kitty Tinkibelle is feeling so much better and happier. I xouldnt clear her symptoms with any other natural methods I've tried. But this works so great.
I also give her a tiny pinch of cats claw to fight bacterial infection of uti. But she was still miserable. Now she is a happy girl and so cute and perky.

Did not help my collie.
Used two bottles of this product with my collie who has arthritis in his back and legs for over a month. I saw no improvement in his mobility even in the slightest degree. Sorry to say that we are very disappointed in the money spent vs results after use of the product.

Success! This was the LAST hope for my cat's intensive scratching.
Seems to help mitigate my cat's incessant scratching, causing huge scabs. I am happy with this product, it was my last hope.

Product has done nothing to help my poor cat
The shipping and payment for the product went fine. I received the package in about six days. Very disappointed that this product has done nothing for my poor suffering cat. My cats symptoms are much worse after using the product for almost a month. I apply the product by spraying on her wounds twice a day. She acts as thought the sprayed solution burns her. I am at my wits end, will be returning the product for a full refund. I have tried putting the product in my cats water and also in her food, she will no touch it.Tried different food and she will still not eat food or drink water with the product in it. Even tried spoon feeding, no luck. At my wits end in Kansas

Fast delivery, good product and a great option for my diabetic cat!
I'm desperately looking for added relief for my diabetic cat that struggles from thirst, underweight and lacks playfulness, then I came across the Vetionx product about 3 weeks ago. So far my cat seems to be doing a lot better. He even played with toys the other day. I still give him 1.5 units of Lantus 2x a day but I'm excited to see what a couple of months using this product will do for him. I'll try to give updates. Thanks Vetionx!

Ordering was easy and on time. No complaints there. We tried the Derma-Ionx product...... on our cat's back/tail area. He's been itchy and pulling out hair there. The spray has done nothing to resolve this issue. We are very disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience buying from Vetionx. But I think your security has been breached. Two days after ordering I had a $547 plus change appear at my bank using the card I used to buy from you. I truly believe your company was the only possible place this could have happened.
