the product derma-inox is exceptional. when ordered received it quickly. our dog's biting, itching and scratching went away immediately. Then we hit a hiccup. item out of stock and it was due in January. January came and went and then it was March and then discovered this item defective and that pushed back the item to be in stock for April or May. In the meantime, our dog has started all over with biting, itching and scratching. Please say it will be soon when this product comes back into stock and will work as well as it did before.

We saw a huge improvement in our Golden Retriever since we started her on VETiONX. We couldn't be more pleased with her improvement.

ordered arthro ionx not aware that it is now in pellet form which doesn't dissolve well in the drinking water, the previous formula was more user friendly. it could be added to the drinking water or given orally with a syringe. in pellet form the cats and dog will not eat as directed, tried mixing in the food and they will not eat, so we have suspended the use of arthro ionx. do you still carry it in liquid form? when I ordered, your site shows the product in the same liquid pourable container as its always been. the pellets don't pour out of the pop up lid, you have unscrew the cap. suggest you update the packaging.

The woman who I spoke with was honest and pleasant to speak with. I greatly appreciate her telling me of the recall and why it happened to help the product shelf life last longer. After hearing that she had worked in the warehouse prior and her experience with the company I was greatly impressed to her commitment to the company and the product.

The product is Arthro-ionx which has greatly improved my dogs mobilty. I will order this product again.

Product arrived early, was fresh and much appreciated by my cat.

Your product "Dermaionx" has worked well for my cats skin issues but it is no longer available. I have called you a couple of times (Dec 2017 and Jan 2018) and canot seem to get a clear answer as to when it will be available. If it is on backorder why can't you go ahead and take my order and prepayment and then expedite the order to me once it is available??? But when I asked you said that you cannot do that.
How much longer???

I found what I needed, ordered it easily and it arrived in a timely fashion. The product is great . My only reservation at all is that the spray bottles are a bit smaller than I expected, so a little short on product for the price. That will not put me off ordering again or recommending it to others. The cedar smell is wonderful, it does not bother my dog, and it is the most chemical free product I could find.

The shipment is well overdue. My dog is in a lot of pain and I am anxious to see how well your product works. You don't have to listen to his whining when he moves.
22Dec2017 An UPDATE. The product is still in customs (BioSecuity) and is scheduled for destruction. I have spoken to a BIOSEC officer and she has temporarily delayed destruction pending consultation with you. BIOSEC is available at BGFDGO @agriculture.gov.au or 61732468678.

I purchased Arthro Chews for my 12 year old dog. She has been taking them for just 2 weeks, I have noticed she is not as stiff in the morning and it is easier for her to get up off the floor.

Products rec were as listed prompt shipping

I received my orders in good time. One of my items was incorrect, but Vetinox sent me out the right item and return postage to mail back the other one. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I spoke to them and returned emails quickly. Thank you.

I filed a complaint to BBB. Vetionx replies stating they had tried yo call me 4 times which is not true. They stated I was on a no contact list. Which is not true they stated I was only a customer from April 2016. This is not true. I have been ordering product since 2014. They left one message for me yesterday from Sherri Figeroli. Her calls go directly to VM and mail box is full so I still cannot talk to anyone. My dog is still sick and they don’t know how to treat for this until they can get the strain of bacteria.

Was disappointed in recall of Promaxol, but received full refund in timely manner.

I've been giving the liquid to my dog in a non metallic container. They are still itching and scratching. I gave it 3 weeks to see a difference and nothing
I believe this product is a farce and would like money back.

I wish I could rate this product. I ordered it on September 5th and still have not received it on September 23. The flies are almost gone at this point so really feel disappointed.

Price is high.
