Within minutes I was contacted and the customer service representative could not have been nicer or more professional. I was issued a new product key and problem was resolved. In the end, pretty sure problem was on my end (installation error) and not theirs. Initial observations and opinion, this group works to fill your order right away. No issue at all with fulfillment.

Second but most important is their service. I worked with Sophie on an installation issue. She worked with me through the problem for a few hours. A dedicated and wonderful person.

I purchased Office Home & Business 2021 for the Mac, after a thorough internet search of this company to determine if I should trust them. The purchase and subsequent software installation went smoothly. As of a month later, there are no red flags. Beware that you will likely see a foreign transaction fee on your credit card statement, despite there being a US business location; payment is via Stripe.

I ordered Microsoft Office 0365 permanent user license 1 license for mac, and the order went smooth and the license key is legitimate. I read the reviews; the bad ones seemed to be fraudulent. There are other sites that sell windows / office products from Microsoft, and I don't know if I would trust them. I trust Vevo Digital. I was nervous about my card information, and hope it is protected. Otherwise, my license for 2016 Office for mac activated perfectly and is working after I installed and signed in.

The download initially resulted in the Office for Mac product being tied to a family members account and not mine. If your computer is currently logged into an msn account the product will be automatically tied to that account when you start the activation process. This means that all the associated One Drive documents will be theirs and not yours. After working with Microsoft and Vevo, we ultimately resolved the issue but it was not easy therefore part of the solution was updating the instructions to include a caution for people who have several msn accounts to ensure prior to starting the activation process that they are on the account that they want tied to the product. Many thanks to Vevo for understanding the problem, and working to fix it.
