It is not the best, but definitely not the worst.
I had some misunderstandings, but were all common sense.
Made some good acquisitions along the years.
Generally speaking, reliable products with correct warranties.
Communication with team support is sometimes hard, this is the main problem with them: they neglect their customers unintended.
The delivery service was perfect every time.

Slab , afiseaza produsele ca fiind pe stoc , dar defapt ele sunt in stocul furnizorului . Dai comandă stai aprox 10 zile sa vină produsele , iti gresesc datele din Awb , suni la departamentul comenzi si din conversatia avuta cu angajatul lor a reiesit faptul ca nu prea ii interesează daca ridici sau se intampla ceva cu comanda . Efectiv nu ii intereseaza daca ajunge sau nu comanda la client . Din greseala lor curierul nu a livrat comanda , au scris datele gresit in awb . Raspunsul lor , dati comanda din nou si selectati alt curier , nici vorba sa te ajute in vreun fel . Departamentul Comenzi e sub orice critică

Won't honor warranties. Prefer to refund instead of honor warranties through replacement as EU law dictates even when having the ability and stock to do so. Blatantly lie about said stock and invoke varying motives that are not the consumers responsibilty.

I’ve placed several orders on their website. The delivery was very fast, the products arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. Overall, a great experience. I definitely recommend them

They treat their customer base like shit just because the payment was done and don't care anymore if the order has, indeed, been delivered or not showing activaly that they do not care.

Am comandat de pe acest site un ceas inteligent pentru copil, iar experiența a fost foarte bună. Nu am nimic de reproșat: livrare rapidă, totul a decurs perfect.

Consider o mizerie de serviciu partea de garantie. Am achizionat acest device vandut si comercializat de Emag, ulterior am primit acest aspirator vandut si livrat de Emag, a venit cu rezervorul de apa crapat, nu am putut sa il trimit in service din alplicatie si am stat 2 luni sa trimit acest device in service, ulterior cei de la Vexio mi-au comunicat ca nu am utilizat conform aspiratorul (in ideea ca mai detin 2 la fel),De 2 luni stau fara aspirator, cei de la Emag ma dcu cu vb 24-48-72H, Vexio solicita bani pentru reparatie fiind in garantie nou, in primele luni de achizitie. Partea de garantie este jalnica, incercati Altex sau oriunde in alta parte nu Emag, Am facut plangere si catre ANPC sunt curios ce rezolutie primesc de la acestia. Nu vreau sa fac rau nimanui, dar vreau ca alti cumparatori sa nu mai pateasca ce am patit eu.

Be careful if you are buying from this store with an invoice — the company is based in Romania, which makes resolving issues more complicated and slower.

I bought UPS battery from them and it came with clear sings of use. Dirty and scratched.

Customer Service has put in extra care to ship with a preferred courier at a specified locker address in a later email.

All good now. Order arrived

Purchased for the company, an HP document shredder, which in total worked maybe 10 minutes in 2 hours. Sent back the same day and the solution is 0 after 3 weeks. It was sent for service and being a brand it takes longer. DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES FOR COMPANIES, THEY HAVE NO COMMON SENSE. THE LAW DOES NOT OBLIGATE IT! AND THEY EVEN USE IT, AND THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL.

They show the products as being "in stock," but once you order them, they take 2 other weeks (at least) to order the product from the manufacturer and then to ship it to you. The support is also terrible, very slow responsive or not responsive at all, and if you don't put a lot of pressure on them, they will probably take months to ship your order. I recommend this store only if you are willing to delay your order a lot!

I just purchased a UPS battery from them and it's obviously dirty and used. The vacuum cleaner I had bought from them through eMag broke and of course they got removed from the marketplace both the product and the seller, so their appalling reviews can no longer be read. I have no warranty and no right to return the product. Shame on you.

I purchased an item from them, and I ended up receiving a completely different item, as well as a fake document. All of my attempts to return the product that I actually paid for, which is not what I ordered, have been unsuccessful, as nobody answers me! You should be punished!

I ordered several PC components, and the motherboard arrived with broken (not bent) socket pins. The delivery was not fast, and when I returned from vacation and assembled the PC, I discovered the defect. Vexio refused to replace the product, stating that the 14-day return window had passed and the defect is not covered by their warranty. In my opinion, the product was already defective when it was delivered.

My mistake was not reading the recent reviews, which are mostly negative and mention similar issues. I do not recommend – check the product carefully as soon as it arrives and be prepared for a lack of customer support.
